3 Bedroom home, each bedroom has its own connecting bath.
Roku 4K SmartTV, Xbox One & PS4 in every room! Login to your own personal accounts on Amazon, Netflix etc.

Kids books, DVD's and games are provided. Fully equipped kitchen. All-new linens and bedding. The home features itā€™s own screened-in lanai with a heated splash pool. This townhome is extra clean!

We also have our fully upgraded home, The Sunshine Paradise at Windsor Hills Resort. Property # 4793332

We donā€™t allow pets or smoking. No Visitors are allowed. Your reservation must reflect the actual number of people staying and coming into the home. We do not offer early arrival or late departure. For you safety and ours, there are exterior sound security cameras around the resort and at the home.

After placing your reservation, you will be sent a contact form via a link. You must compete the link within 48 hours. You will be required to submit the names and ages of everyone staying at the home. A valid government issued drivers license from the person placing the reservation will need to be uploaded on the contract link. Vehicle information will need to be provided on the form link. A security deposit hold is required and will be released within 14 days after departure. If the agreement form is not completed correctly within 48 hours after you make the reservation, the reservation may be canceled. If the reservation is canceled because the agreement form is not completed correctly, or if the house rules are not followed prior or during the reservation, No refund will be issued. If the person who places the reservation is different than the person who pays for the reservation, the credit card holder must be a part of the reservation and stay throughout the entire reservation timeframe.

Rates are only guaranteed when payment is made in full and no alterations are made. Security Cameras are located on the exterior of the home. They collect and send video, sound and images. They are used during the remote arrival and departure. There is potential for projects that could take place within the community or the surrounding area. This could be, but not limited to, landscaping, pool maintenance, home remodels, road construction or other project types not listed. If our home is directly going to be undergoing any type of project, we will update our guests.

Florida D2 Summit vacation

We stayed here for D2 Summit. Very good location! Less then 15 minutes from everywhere we needed to be! Very clean and great size. We loved staying here and will definitely stay again!

Fun vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Lots of room, nice little splash pool. Loved the complexā€™s pool and club house. I do have a couple suggestions for the owner. The temperature in the home needs to be re-evaluated. The temp is locked at 73 and it was very hot in starwars bedroom. The kids were unable to sleep comfortably due to the heat. I had multiple fans running for them but it didnā€™t seem to help and instead just moved hot air around the room. The bedroom downstairs was also very warm (not as bad as upstairs). The master bedroom temp was perfect. The other thing I would suggest is providing a few more face clothes. I donā€™t mind reusing a bath towel 2x but not faceclothes. I had to do laundry every day in order to have a fresh facecloth for each shower. It was wasteful doing that bc I was running the wash for just a few items.

Amazing family trip at this home!!!!

A family of 5 of us stayed in this beautiful home that had such great home like feel to this rental. The pool off the living room was warm and the kids loved every minute of swimming in it! The size of the rental was plenty for us and the kids and the adorable themed rooms had the kids even more excited to stay! Being able to walk to the clubhouse amenities and heated pool/water slides and arcade was fun and a nice Surprise! The owners are extremely friendly,kind,helpful and any Easy to reach! We will absolutely be back for another stay at one of their stunning rentals!!!! Thank you so much for the amazing memories!!! šŸ˜Š5 stars ā­ļø

Clean, Comfy, and Cute

We had a great stay! The small pool was perfect for our 3 year old. Convenient to Disney and great location. One down side was the construction going on right behind the property! Of course thatā€™s not fault to the owners or the house, but it is a bummer! They started very early in the morning :/

Convenient location, quiet and clean!

Home was as listed and shown. We really enjoyed the 2 floors, as it offered the space needed for our family. Conveniently located near Walmart and every restaurant imaginable. Home is only a short walk to clubhouse pool. Clean, nicely decorated, plenty of extras such as pillows, blankets, and the gaming stations in all rooms! If we ever come back to Universal we would definitely chose this home again!

Great family rental

This property was great for our family, the community pool was so warm which was great when we visited the weather was in the mid 60's. My kids swam in the small pool in the back of the home and they loved that too. The house was spacious enough for all of us the provided pack and play and highchair were also great. This is close to all the disney parks which is so nice after walking all day not to have to drive far.

Great for family Disney trip!

Rental was exactly as described so no surprises which is always great. Very clean and the kids loved the Xboxā€™s. Great alternative to staying in a hotel, we chose not to rent a car and Uber to the parks. Location is great and all parks with 10-15 minutes. Owners were very responsive for questions before we arrived and the community amenities were great.

Great place near Disney

Place was great! Close to Disney! Only complaint is the fridge was broken. We bought food for lunches & it ruined. So we ended up spending a ton of money in the park for lunch that we didnā€™t plan on spending. Huge disappointment!! Other than that, the place was perfect!

Perfect location and Resort property

Super convenient to all things Disney. Property is larger than the listing appears. Everyone had there own space and bathroom. Would look to book again. Private pool was a great treat after a day at the park. Nice and warm on the cooler nights we had. Resort was very nice. Would have planned more off days to enjoy that more.

Great stay

We had a great stay at this property. Itā€™s the first Windsor property we have stayed at in 20 years that had carpet in the living room and it made it feel very comfortable. They had everything exactly as seen in their description. We love the location of Windsor for seeing the parks and friends who live close by. The only bummer is not being able to have our friends over for dinner or to visit. Other than that, we would stay here again.

Beautiful property, comfy and cozy, has everything you need. Great location. My only problem was that while I understand the rules of this property are in place for a reason, they are far too strict and we were uncomfortable and felt their was very little privacy after reading the rules in the handbook. Iā€™ve stayed at 100ā€™s of VRBO rentals and never felt like this. I couldnā€™t even have another adult bring me medication because I would have been charged if they stepped on property.

Clean, bright and updated

We were very impressed with this home. The decor is bright and modern and the house was very clean! We loved the little extras like dish washer detergent, tooth brush holders and all the TV apps your teen could ever need! The rooms are spacious and the pool was fun for an early morning dip. The community was quiet and felt very safe . We only used the community pool once but it was heated and very nice. We will definitely book here again !

Excellent place to stay!

My family and I stayed here for the week and enjoyed our stay. It is very clean, had everything we needed, great location and loved relaxing for the evening in the pool. The resort pool was also nice. There is a Walmart just down the road that we bought some food and cooked some there at the rental property. Would definitely stay here again. šŸ˜Š

Fantastic place for vacation!

Our family of four vacationed with my mom. My mom was able to have her own space on the main floor and not have to climb stairs. Our girls loved the Star Wars room and bunk beds. It was so nice for us all to have our own bathrooms for getting ready. The kitchen is clean and fully stocked. The property had a great private swimmimng pool which was nice for family time. We also enjoyed the games provided. Check in and check out was super easy. The owners of the property are kind and helpful! Lots of great memories were made; highly recommend for a family vacation!

Great vacation spot!

It was a great stay overall. A short walk to the water park in the community. The town home was clean and well maintained. Our teenage boys loved the X-Box and Playstation. It was close to the theme parks also.

Super cute placeā€¦convenient location!

We were in town for a baseball tournament nearby and got to include a couple of Disney days as well. The property is very conveniently located with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The property also has a lot of great amenities and the home was just as described. We enjoyed the small pool on the back patio. The hosts are very kind and responsive. We would definitely stay again.
