Introducing "Mickey Mouse Pad" our 2 bed 2 bath condo (sleeps 6) in Windsor Hills Resort, the closest gated community from Disney World.

Windsor Hills is located just 2 miles from the main entrance of Disney. With over 75 restaurants, 4 supermarkets, several gas stations, drugstores and retail stores within a 5 minute drive from our home, you couldn't find a more ideally located resort in the Orlando area.
Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay, Sea World and Aquatica are only a 15-20 minute drive from our home.

The Amenities of Windsor Hills, which are free to all our guests, are simply amazing.

Within the resort, our unit is about a 3-4 minute walk from the resort pool, water park and clubhouse. Our condo is ideally situated so you can see a partial view of nightly Disney Fireworks from the patio and both bedrooms. Our home is on the fourth floor and can be easily accessed by elevator.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
Like all vacation rentals our home is a "self-catered" vacation home. Guests are responsible for providing all cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, paper goods and other personal items for their use.
The following starter supplies will be provided in the unit prior to guest’s arrival.
• One toilet paper roll per bathroom
• One small bar of soap per bathroom
• One roll of paper towels
• One dish sponge
• One trash bag in each receptacle
• One dishwasher detergent tab
• One laundry detergent sample
• One small bottle of dish soap
• Starter coffee packet

Any food left behind by the guest, including condiments, non-perishable food items and spices will be discarded to comply with the Florida State Regulations.

CLEANING:
Our home is cleaned and inspected by professional cleaners prior to your arrival. Mid-stay cleans or daily housekeeping is not included in the quoted rental rate. If you require mid stay cleans, please let us know , so we can give you an updated quote depending on the number of mid-stay cleans you require.
