This split floor plan home is perfect for couples, large families or even two families, with two separate lounge areas and ample seating in the dining room, patio, and kitchen area. Play some pool or shoot darts in the garage or get a puzzle out for some relaxing down-time. Cook up a delicious meal in the professional kitchen that is fully stocked and organized with anything you could need. The new Whirlpool French door fridge offers over 28 cubic feet of space and a Flex-zone drawer to load up on your family’s favorite goodies. The pantry has plenty of storage as well perfect for longer stays. The brand new LG washer and dryer can fit almost anything with TurboWash 3D technology and low decibel operation. Working offsite? This house is perfect for that. The master bedroom offers a full size desk and work space and the high speed 400mbps+ wire mesh internet reaches throughout the home, even out to the pool and backyard!

Speaking of the backyard, sit back and enjoy the relaxing pool & garden view with no rear neighbors for complete privacy. Fire up the outdoor grill while entertaining around the cozy gas fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs perfect for those slightly chilly Florida nights. Or, better yet, sit in the heated spa while sipping a freshly made cocktail using our citrus press or blender! The enclosed patio features a dining table with seating for 6, additional seating for 6, and two loungers perfect for those beautiful sunny days. When the sun goes down, turn on the pool lights for a relaxing swim in the heated pool. Towels and sunscreen are always provided.

Highlands Reserve is one of Orlando's more upmarket communities, all with resort style homes on beautifully landscaped full size lots. The development is built around the Highlands Reserve golf course providing breathtaking views as you drive through the tree lined neighborhood. You'll have direct access to all the community has to offer, including a professional tennis court, pristine children's playground and play area, large communal swimming pool with ample seating for large parties, and a championship Mike Dasher designed 18 hole golf course with pro shop and bar (with an additional fee for golf and beer, of course!). All this is just a short walk from the home.

Pool and spa can be heated for an additional $30 per day or $175/wk for longer stays. Please request at time of booking or at least a week prior to your stay so there is enough time to get it nice and warm for your arrival!

The safety of every guest is our #1 concern. We have security cameras and a ring doorbell on the exterior of the home, a child safety pool fence, child safety door locks on all doors out to the pool and a first aid/medical kit inside the home. As always, please never leave children unattended near the pool or spa.
