Welcome to the coolest house in Orlando! Located in the brand-new Windsor Cay Resort, this 5-bedroom designer retreat is a vacation in itself.

Featuring an indoor slide, a foam block pit, and a Superhero gaming loft, your kids might not want to leave the house to go to the parks.



The Space:

Be among the first to experience the luxury of Windsor Cay Resort. This stunning 5-bedroom residence blends high-end interior design with world-class amenities. From the custom wood feature walls to the electric fireplace, every detail has been curated for comfort and style. With sleeping accommodations for up to 14 and access to the resort’s zero-entry pool and lazy river, this is the ultimate base for your Florida getaway.



The main floor is a stylish gathering spot with an electric fireplace, warm wood feature walls, and a large Smart TV. The chef-ready kitchen features a massive island and an extra-long dining table, ensuring the whole group (up to 14!) can eat together. Just outside the living area, you will find your own private screened pool, perfect for cooling off after a day at the parks without leaving the comfort of home.



Upstairs, a dedicated upper-level loft features an illuminated arcade bar and gaming stations to keep the entertainment going.

Evenings usually end in the Superhero loft, where cousins battle it out on the dual gaming stations or the illuminated arcade bar. Combined with the brand-new lazy river and water slides at the Windsor Cay clubhouse, it is the perfect recipe for tired, happy kids and relaxed parents.

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the entire House during your stay. That includes all 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.



We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.



We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

For your convenience, having a car is recommended to explore the area at your own pace. Rental cars are readily available at the airport and throughout the city. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also widely used and offer flexible transportation options.



The resort is located near major highways, providing easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Whether you're heading to theme parks, shopping outlets, or exploring local gems, getting around is straightforward and convenient.

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!



✦ What We Provide:

Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.

Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.



✦ Pet Policy:

We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.



✦ Must be 21 years old to make a reservation.



✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.

We have full-time handymen, managers, inspectors, and housekeeping staff available within our company schedule to support you.
