A Little confusing

We were under the impression we rented one place and got there by the address sent to “here are the keys” and after driving for 8 hours with 3 kids, get there Only to be told we were at the wrong place-at 11pm at night. Thankful the staff at the first place were very nice and helpful. They spent time calling around to find out where we needed to be. They said the owner must have multiple properties and got them mixed up. Once we made it to the room, it was nice, just frustrating when you are ready to get out of a car after a long day of driving. Place was nice and in a good area. Universal was within walking distance.

Not clean, no hot water, no Wi-Fi

When we checked in, property is beautiful. When we got to room. We noticed sheets were not clean, last guest hair over bathroom and kitchen, ants in one bathroom and on toilet seat. No hot water In shower, just sinks had Luke warm water. Wi-Fi would not work. Couch was so sticky. Could not get front desk to help us. Check out was 10 am. Family woke up at 940, our fault, but I called front desk to let them Know we might be 20 min late out. She told me I can’t be late and have to be out right at 10 because they have other guests checking in. We weren’t that happy with our stay.

A beautiful apartment.

We didn’t get to enjoy the property at all because Tropical storm Nichole was in her glory. The apartment though was well appointed and just lovely. The mattresses were fabulously comfortable.

Series of Interruptions

The property was exactly as pictured and the check-in was flawless. After that - a series of interruptions. We were there three days. Day 1, we noticed the floors were terribly sticky and made our feet black. But we spent the day at the park and rested well. Day 2, we woke up to no water at all. We found out it wouldn’t be back on until 3pm - so our day at the park was wasted because we could not shower or use the restroom ALL day. We went to the park for the evening, and found a note on our door that said the water was off. No phone call, email or notice - just a piece of paper on the door. Day 3, continued with water but NO hot water. Another day of getting to the park late as the hot water didn’t come on until evening. We managed to have a nice time in spite of the interruptions. Jake and his property had nothing to do with it… it was the resort. We ordered a late pizza and went to bed. The final day, we decided to get up and leave early, and again - a note on the door. We left at 6am, and the note said fire alarms would be tested starting at 8am. What!? We were terribly glad to not have awoken to that! Our recommendation is to ALWAYS check the door, after midnight. That seems to be the only way this resort communicates.

Bait & Switch

If only I could give 0 stars. The day before the stay I got a bill for a tax that was never disclosed anywhere on the listing. I paid it since it was a low dollar amount. Upon arrival to the location, I was then told the room was $150 more per night than my 100% paid VRBO listing stated, and they refused to give me keys to the room without me paying the difference. I provided screenshots of my reservation and payments, and they told me if I make further commotion about it, they won't let me stay at all. I paid it because at that moment I had very few options, but a chargeback from the bank is coming. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY!!!!

Very nice accomodations near Disney

We enjoyed our stay. There are three heated swimming pools. The condo was very clean. The beds are comfortable. Everything was as described. I recommend this condo.

Needed a few things

No frying pan. I made pancakes in a pot. Dish soap would have been nice too. No blow dryer. Waited all day for them to bring one and ended up having to go to the front desk. Great location. Clean apartment.

Cold apartment

Thee condo is perfect, but too cold. The furnace was not turned on and it was 49 degrees out. We were every uncomfortable. They brought us a portable heater that did nothing to warm up the apartment. Also, the pictures show a walk in tub, which was not available.

Bait switch, comfy bed, quiet, not owner

I prefer to rent from owners nigh impossible on vrbo anymore. Jake was reachable, however, front desk said he was not property manager, never heard of him and they were not nasty but not what I’d call accommodating. Pics show jacuzzi and ground floor. Be prepared to not get that room. No elevators. The grounds were so well kept to sit by the pool you heard endless equipment running and maids knocking doors “housekeeping, housekeeping “. This was January. We did sleep well and the price was ok You can hear a sneeze from the room above. 4 pools 1 closed 1 non heated.

check & communication

bless your front desk lady don't want to get your property manager in trouble by mistake, he misunderstood my spoken & written request to give include both my & my roommate's names on reservation for checkin was very frustrating to arrive off a red eye flight, & discover that he took my name off the reservation entirely, so that I couldn't check in and have him get upset with me, making it my fault! again - bless your front desk angel - who was the only one who stayed calm he's a good sort, & might need some specific instruction on how to give additional names to front desk for check in, for parties not arriving all at same time

Too noisy

Property was fine except too noisy mostly from workers constantly blowing, trimming, cutting, arriving and departing. Constant machine noise every day and even at night a few times. Garbage truck at 7:30am would wake the dead. Up stair neighbors added to this as well.

I wanted to like this place

I really wanted to like this place. The property manager/ owner was a sweetheart and easy to communicate with. Upon arrival, check in took me a good 20-25 min. I was asked for a security deposit at the check in desk even after paying the property manager that fee through the app. There was also an insect infestation problem, I stayed 2 nights and came across several insects coming up through the sinks and bathtubs.. great location, just would avoid the hassle of staying for my next visit.

Graduation Getaway

I was very impressed with how nice everything was and how attentive the property managers were. They responded to every text promptly. They were so nice and so helpful. They made our stay even better.
