Cozy Family Stay Near Orlando & Disney

Amazing news we use to rent only half of the house but now we are renting the whole house. This home has a lot amenities like a game room with pool table, air hockey table, ping pong table and dart board game and classic table games. Also, has his own private Pool and jacuzzi. They could be heated with an extra cost. Let us know if you want it heated. We are located it close to Disney. We have a Walmart, Bravo grocery store, and several good restaurants close by.

The space

Guest access
House have a Game room and Private pool with a jacuzzi free to use. Also could be heated for extra fee. Ask if you are interested. The Community Club house has public pool, tennis court, pool table, gym, small library, public computer.

Other things to note
Rules: No pet allowed, No smoking inside the house including the game room at the garage. Only smoking is permitted at the pool area or driveway outside the house. No loud music or noise after 10:00pm. Before that time enjoy the speakers at the pool area you are in vacation. Don’t touch anything on the pump pool area. Any exit doors have to stay closed or the AC unit will shut off automatically or freeze the unit. Don’t set the thermostat below 75F with also freeze the unit. Don’t be shy and ask us any questions.
