Cozy Family Condo 2 miles from Disney! 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath / Sleeps 10-12

Our cozy family-friendly condo is in the peaceful gated community of Oakwater Resort which is located just 2 miles from the entrance to Walt Disney World, 16 miles from Universal Studios and close to many great restaurants and shops, including a Walmart within walking distance.

Our one-story ground floor unit has a stroller/wheelchair friendly ramp up to the front door which includes key-less entry for your convenience. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests (12 guests, if you're traveling with 4 or more kids).

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a quick breakfast before heading to the local theme parks or a leisurely dinner after an afternoon at the pool including a full-size fridge and dishwasher. We've even included spices, sugar and coffee pods! We’ve got the whole family covered with kid-friendly dishes and utensils and a dining room area that seats up to 10 people.

The unit includes a large capacity washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.
The condo is equipped with high-speed WiFi to keep you connected even when you’re on vacation. And with Smart TVs in both the Living Room and the Master Bedroom, you can tune in to the local cable channels or watch Disney+, Neflix, Hulu, etc.

For less techy entertainment, we’ve also provided board games for some family fun, and the screened-in patio offers a quiet space to enjoy your morning coffee.

Parking notes: Please register your vehicle at the clubhouse to obtain a parking pass. The one-car garage is very small and will only accommodate a compact car. The driveway can also fit one car. There are multiple parking spots just around the corner from the unit.
