The house is just an 18-minute drive from Disney Parks, less than a 35-minute drive from Universal Parks, and a 40-minute drive from the Orlando International Airport.

Getting Around:

• The community allows a maximum of 3 vehicles per property.

• There is a rotating parking spot in front of the property and additional free parking at the clubhouse.

• To enter through the gate guard, a gate code will be required.

• No boat, camper, trailer, RV, motor home, recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle, equipment, or construction vehicle of any type is allowed beyond the gate guard.

- 10% discount for 3+ nights

- 15% discount for 7+ nights

- 20% discount for 14+ nights

• Pet-friendly fee: $85 (plus taxes) per booking.

• Propane tank for BBQ: $59 (plus taxes)

• Shower chair: available at no extra cost (upon prior request)
