This popular, oversize home layout on the Premium Solterra Resort is just a few minutes walk from the Resort Amenities.
We welcome primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families aged 0-110! in family home. We are not able to accommodate large groups with a local residential address or of those under 25. The resort strictly prohibits parties.

‘Sunrise’. King Master Suite. With ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower. Walk in closet. Poolside views. Sleeps 2.
‘Dreamer’. Queen Bedroom. Sleeps 2.
Separate Bathroom downstairs with large walk in shower.
Upstairs (2nd Floor)
‘Haven’ - Queen Bedroom. Sleeps 2. Ensuite Jack and Jill bathroom with large walk-in shower.
‘Magic’ – Twin Bunk over full size bed with additional trundle underneath. Sleeps up to 4. Ensuite Jack and Jill bathroom with large walk-in shower.
‘Green’ – Twin Bedroom with 2 x Twin Beds. Sleeps 2.
‘Whirl’ – Queen Bedroom.
Bedrooms 5 and 6 have use of an adjacent bathroom with large walk in shower. This really is a great family home layout.

Includes foosball table, X Box Console, Large TV and Couch – Fun Times to be had!
Open Plan Living Area
Access to the pool area from the large full-width sliding glass doors from the open pan (fully equipped) Kitchen, dining and living room so you can watch the action outside or take in your favorite show inside.

*Please note that from September 01, 2023, Solterra Resort has introduced a new access fee for guests who may wish to make use of the community facilities and pool area.
The use of the facilities is optional and so the charge is only applicable for groups who wish to make use of the facilities at the resort center. The fee, paid on site to the resort center directly is a one-time $35 total for groups of 1-12 guests or $45 total where 13+ guests are staying. This is a one-time charge for the entire stay and is paid on site to the resort itself. The charge is applied by the resort, on-site to any guests staying at any home booked at Solterra resort however booked but only where a group wishes to use the resort area.
Of course, in such a well-appointed home, with a private pool, loungers, shaded lanai, and space for all the family, the choice of going to the resort center is entirely yours. Either way we know you will have a fabulous stay at our home in Solterra resort and look forward to your stay!
Along with all facilities at the villa, there are amenities for the use of our guests at the new Clubhouse at Solterra. Quality, facilities including an extra-large, heated zero entry pool with super slide, a lazy river! Large Hot Tub, fully equipped gym, lounge bar and an outdoor lounge with TV and fireplace are all part of the fun! There are also tennis courts, a volleyball court and children’s playpark.
A BBQ grill with a full propane tank can be delivered for your use for an additional fee. A grill is not included in the standard rental. Advance notice is required, please contact us for further information on Grill rental options.
The pool in this home can be heated on request and for an additional charge - this is recommended during winter and spring.
The pool in this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($200 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $40 for each night plus tax. If during the course of your stay, you decide to purchase pool heat, then there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system which is $40.
Booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. If booked during the stay, an activation fee may apply.

Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie’, confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. If you want more information on this please ask before booking. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the sooner). Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home.
Please note. We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. A selfie ID is required to rent this home.
If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.8% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.
