Welcome to See you in Orlkando, a comfortable 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath vacation home in Kissimmee, ideal for families and small groups visiting the Orlando area.

The home features a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, Wi-Fi, TV, washer and dryer, parking, and access to community amenities, including the community pool.

This property is conveniently located near Disney, restaurants, shopping areas, supermarkets, gift shops, and major Orlando attractions.

Please note that this is a clean, comfortable, and functional vacation home. It is not a luxury or fully remodeled property, and some finishes may be simple or original. The home is prepared to offer an easy and convenient stay.

A car is recommended for the best access to parks, restaurants, stores, and attractions. Drive times may vary depending on traffic, weather, park hours, holidays, and season.

Basic starter supplies may be provided for arrival. Guests may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays.
No smoking is allowed inside the property. A $250 cleaning and deodorizing fee may apply if smoking occurs inside the home.

No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed.

Pets are not allowed unless previously approved in writing.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and the community.

Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

Guests must follow all community rules, including parking, pool, trash disposal, noise, and amenity regulations.

Please report any damage, accident, or maintenance issue immediately through the booking platform so we can assist you as soon as possible.

Furniture must not be moved between rooms or taken outside the home.

Check-in is available after 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out must be requested and approved in advance. Approval is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
