The minute you enter this beautiful villa you will see that it is different than all the rest! Decorated in a shabby chic style with unique, one of a kind touches you won't find anywhere else, this home will be the perfect place to relax after a busy day. Take a dip in the pool or a walk in the quiet neighborhood. Our comfortable villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Each bedroom comes equipped with a flat screen TV. Queen beds in the master and 1 bedroom are very comfy, and the 3rd bedroom holds 2 twin beds for the little ones. High speed WiFi is available throughout. The master on suite offers a walkout to the enclosed swimming pool. A pool heater is available for an additional fee. A queen sized sleeper sofa gives room for a total of 8 people. The kitchen comes fully stocked and ready for your special flare! Lake Berkley Resort is a gated community with 24 hr live security. Within Lake Berkley you will have access to a beautiful clubhouse, weight room, community pool, stocked fishing lake, volleyball and basketball courts.

A pool heater is available at $20 a day if desired



Note that a security deposit of $150 will be held on the card used during booking 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure. This will only be a hold unless there are damages to the property. Damages will be deducted from this security deposit and the balance will be released 5 days after departure

Cancellations 30 days or more before arrival will receive a 97% refund
Cancellations between 15 and 30 days will receive a 50% refund
Cancellations 14 days or less prior to arrival receive no refund
