Spacious house in a safe and quiet community
A spacious house in a very safe and quiet gated community, with friendly neighbors. The owner was very communicative and quick in responding all of my questions (I had a lot of them). She was also kind enough to offer us more time in the house due to Hurricane Ian making the end of our trip a bit turbulent! The stairs were a little inconvenient to my 80yo mom and so was the fact that there was no place to put things in the shower, other than the floor. Other than that, we had a good experience there.

Excelente casa, muito limpa e aconchegante, cozinha e quartos completos, não precisei de nada, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. A casa atendeu muito bem a nossa família, 4 adultos e 1 criança (8 anos). A Sra Angela Snell foi muito atenciosa, desde o primeiro contato. Adoramos a casa e o condomínio, muito próximo aos parques Disney e Walmart, localizado ao lado, aproximadamente 10 minutos. Muito obrigado pela estadia, espero voltar em breve. Wellington Valeriani

Great crash pad

Family trip to SeaWorld
We had a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children). This home was like a home away from home. Our children enjoyed it as much as we did. The guys fished and the younger kids played on the playground. We will be coming back to stay here.

Had a wonderful stay
We stayed here for overnight sleeping. We didn't cook except to make tea each morning. We didn't use any of the facilities in the area because of Covid concerns. My family was visiting my mother who lives close by so this was excellent for us to visit them all day and return here to sleep at night. The bed is really comfortable and the shower was awesome. We only used one bedroom as our third guest stayed at my mom's house. We very much enjoyed your home.

Location + Comfort
When we found out that some good friends were going to be in Orlando on my husband's birthday, we looked for a place near Disney where we could make a good meal and eat together on a screened-in porch and drove up from southwest Florida to rendezvous. This place was perfect. Very clean, ten minutes from our friends' Disney hotel, more than adequate kitchen (though we brought a couple of items we knew we would need and were glad we did so but would have adjusted and managed without), a spacious porch, and overall a very nice residential area. The write-up listed a grill, but this turned out to be an old rusty one stuck in the ground at the community center, a long walk away. We connected with a friendly neighbor to borrow a grill and made a new friend. There are plenty of stores nearby if you need something and a range of restaurants. The outdoor bar at Miller's Alehouse is a good spot to watch some football. The Friar Tuck, a newly opened British pub in a nearby strip mall, has very good food, Bass on tap, and at least one incredibly charming server. We would stay here again and are happy to recommend it to others.

Lovely to have you stay. Looking forward to trying all the new eateries when we can finally get back over there! Sorry but we’ve never used the grill ourselves, it’s a community amenity. Glad we have great neighbours!

Bonita, confortable, amplia, excelente ubicación.
La casa es bonita, confortable, cuenta con lo necesario para una beba estancia. El conjunto habitacional tiene amplias áreas verdes, fauna poco común, que lo hace original y propia para el descanso. La respuesta de Angela, la dueña, es en todo momento es clara, completa, oportuna y amable. Con buena ubicación para acceder a los parques y a los centros de compras.

Perfect for what we needed
We were in Florida for a volleyball tournament. The home was in a perfect location for enjoying the tournament and the parks. Try out the new water park nearby (H2O). We felt safe and enjoyed time in the pools. Communicating with the owner was prompt.

The house is beautiful and the price is fantastic! Communication with the owner is awesome!
The house is very clean and beautiful. I was amazed how reasonable to cost is for such a wonderful home. When I would email the owner, I would get a reply back immediately. To me that is rare from my other rentals at different places. I dealt with Angela and she was very sweet and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I had the best experience overall and I recommend anyone to stay at this house. It was perfect for my family.

Comfortable stay but could be more clean
We stayed for 4 nights and the stay was comfortable. The house is nice with kitchen well setup - dishes, pots and pans which was very helpful since we had kids. Owner is responsive. There was a gate pass and made entry and exit easy. It’s a nice and safe neighborhood and close to Disney. However, some basic necessities were missing - 1. Pillow covers, sheets and comfortors definitely needed a wash. It looked like they were just folded nicely but unclean from prior stays. 2. There were no toilet papers in the house. We had to buy but it would be nice to know beforehand since no one carries toilet papers while traveling. The reason that previous guests used them all from the owner does no good. That’s what replenishing and making the property ready for the next guest entails. 3. There were no trash bags. As much as we would have liked to clean up, We couldn’t. 4 night stay was a long stay with kids and by the 3rd day a lot of trash accumulated. we bought the trash bags but It was inconvenient to make these store trips which could have been avoided.

Unfortunately as the house is self catering we do not supply additional toilet paper and trash bags, generally guests buy their own with their groceries and tend to leave unused items as goodwill. Apologies for any confusion. I’m sorry that you felt that our home could be cleaner, as previous feedback always refers to how well kept our home is. However, I welcome your feedback.

Great value, spacious home that made us feel like locals!
This home is a great value for the price. It's an older home in a prefab community that comes with everything you need for a "home away from home" vacation. Pots and pans, utensils, Tupperware, towels and rags were all available for use. Beds were very comfortable and the whole house was very clean and well kept. It was great being so close to Target and Walmart, and the proximity to Disney was amazing. Our children really enjoyed the bunk beds. There was plenty of room for a pack-n-play too for the toddler. The unit is mostly carpet, with tile in the bathrooms and kitchen area. Washer and dryer readily available was a fantastic amenity to have on a Disney vacation with four kids and 2 adults in one suitcase as well! The WiFi was nice and fast, and allowed us all the access we needed for streaming on our own FireStick, but the TV has Roku built in if you don't want/have your own device. Very accommodating for a family vacation home. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and very safe feeling. The front gate goofed and didn't have our names on file, and was adament on not letting us through, which actually made us feel much safer for the rest of the trip! The owner took care of that issue in mere minutes too, so there was no inconvince whatsoever. The only minor issue we had was many of the outlets were loose, which made electronics difficult in some places. Overall a great place to stay for a young family of 6 at an extremely affordable price. With our WDW APs, we felt like Florida locals for the first time since we bought them in 2016!

Safe, clean and close to everything without all the traffic!
We had a great stay! Just a few minor problems: We only could find one wash rag for 6 people, I had to run to target to buy more. All the outlets/plugs in the bathrooms didn't work, we had to find other places to get ready in the mornings. We had 2 vehicles with only one access card to get thru the front gate. It was very difficult to get in and out without it. The guard said our name wasn't on his reservation list.

The plugs in the bathroom are really close to the water, so they are manually shut off at the fuse box for safety. very convenient
Angela's place is very convenient and a good value for money, it is located about 15-20 min away from disney so you wont be spending much time on the road, The house is well maintained and has all the needed amenities

Clean, roomy
We had 2 adults and 3 teens. The place was very clean. We had plenty of room to move around and eat. The bunks are a bit tough for teens but we made it work. Second bedroom and master were fine. Matrsses and sheets were older but serviceable. We did not need to contact manager for any reason. Pool area was clean, two pools, looked like opportunity for paddle boats, rec center, weight room but no information on how, when ,etc. We didn't have time for them anyway. It was great to check out, go for a final swim and be able to shower and change at the pool house.

Nice place to stay, close to Disney
My family and I stayed here over Christmas. It was a nice place to stay and close to Disney. If you are expecting the Ritz, this is not it. That is not meant as a bad thing, it is meant to set peoples expectations. If you are expecting a place the family can stay and be comfortable, you will be right at home. We enjoyed our stay and not having to share 1 bath was a big plus when it came time to get ready in the morning. The washer and dryer made it so we could bring less clothes and didn't have to bring dirty clothes home. Angela was very responsive to my questions. The complex is gated and was quiet most of the time we were there. Glad we had a good stay and good weather during our vacation.

Nice, comfortable, and clean house perfect for a family vacation
This house is perfect for a family vacation to Disney World or Orlando. There is a beautiful lake in front of the house and the area is nice. The house is really clean and comfortable. We felt right at home during our stay! I recommend this house to anyone that wants to take a vacation and wants to feel at home while away from home!

Located in a quiet and peaceful setting. Yet close to amenities and Disney.
Overall the property has a very homey feel and comfortable. The air-con system is quiet and efficient. Used only master room n room with bunk beds. Master rm bed was very comfortable. Bunk beds were ok, thicker mattress would give better sleep quality. Kitchen was well stocked with lots of plates, cups, cutlery and Tupperware containers. Location was nice and convenient, a quiet gated community and not just close to Disney but also supermarkets, Target, etc and Domino's was right next door. (Good for lazy dinner nights!)

Sanctuary in itself!!! Organized and attentive owner. Clear communication and directions. Excellent!
You know a place is excellent when you didn't do anything, but stay "home"! This place is a truly so cozy! It was very clean and well appointed. Lots of space and has such an open and airy vibe. My daughter didn't sleep in the kids room, but she loved the decor and loved having "her own space" to play. Most evenings we all three wound up on the couch just conversing or playing. Two bathrooms that are well laid out, a very nice kitchen with an abundance of utensils, pots, and pans! Bring your K-Cups!! I was so pleased to find that machine! I'm the only one who drinks coffee so a whole pot will go to waste! I left behind some Earl Grey for the next lucky person as well!! :) I loved that there was a closet off the laundry with cleaning supplies! I like to tidy after ourselves, even though there will be a cleaning service follow behind. It's something I do out of respect for the people who are so trusting to open their space to my family! On that note the washer and dryer being in house was such a creature comfort for me! I like being able to do up bath linens and clothes as we stay to avoid the mass laundry casualty on the arrival back home! This location is centered among both coasts and is so close to all the fun of Disney. Had we the time I'm sure we would have ventured there. Shopping and multiple restraunts are within minutes of this house. The Publix just down the street comes highly recommended and as always has just what you need. I recommend waking early and going out to the carport! I enjoyed so much watching the world wake up here!! The lizards and the little critters!! You are just across from a waterway so you feel so far away while being close to eveything! Mind the bin! Tie down the lid or bring it onto the covered porch at night! Said critters will come to visit your toss away! Days the trash pick up comes is on side of fridge! The beds were so comfy and the pillows abundant! We loved the family photos on the walls and felt that it just added a little something to the place. This is a home filled with good memories, good times, a love of togetherness, and adventure! You can feel that the moment you settle in. We are already planning our return when we have time to explore, we were down for a wedding so most of time was accounted for, we did make the haul to Indian Rocks Beach! Beautiful! But we were so happy to hit the doors to this home and snuggle into that soft bed! Thanks again for your hospitality Snell family!!
