Access to the Clubhouse: Swimming pool, SPA, Games Room (Arcade and Ping Pong) and Gym. To access the club you will have a FOB available at the house.

HOUSEKEEPING
• To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed.

POOL
• The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available.
• For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. This is a normal precaution to prevent damage and will resume functionality automatically.
• Pool heating is optional and subject to availability.

The Retreat at Silver Creek is part of the Dream resort, an eco-friendly resort style community located in the heart of the vacation capital of the world, the Four Corners region of greater Orlando, Florida. Nestled on 20 acres of pristine Florida nature, it offers an escape from the everyday.

Around the condominium there are supermarkets and options of bars and restaurants for all tastes. Near to outlets store.
A car is needed to get around.

This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:

• Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
• Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
• Laundry: One laundry detergent.
• Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).

PLEASE NOTE:
The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:

• Pool heating: $33 per day with a minimum charge of $165, subject to availability.
• Early check-in (from 12 pm): $127, subject to availability.
• Late check-out (until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.

Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.

Florida is a magical place! It offers a perfect weather that attracts millions of tourists. The houses have screens on the windows and pools that prevent the entry of animals.

POOL CLEANING
Pool cleaning at Retreat at Silver Creek houses is conducted weekly on Wednesday, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.

PARKING
• All owners and guests have a marked space in front of their units.
• All other vehicles should park in guest spaces on a first come first serve basis.
• Parking in the roadway or on the grass is not permitted.
• Parking at the clubhouse is for user’s only, there is no overnight parking or storing vehicles.
• Center opens from 8am to 8pm with the exception of the restaurant which opens at 11am.

TRASH
• Lake County Trash Collection for your community is Monday and Thursdays weekly.
• Recycling trash pick-up is Mondays only.
• Please ensure to place all trash in the containers provided.
• No overflow is permitted and no trash should be stacked on top of containers.
• No trash should be left at the curb.
