QWe would like to welcome you to your very own private oasis. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place of stay, Amazing Backyard scenery with Pool & Spa including a BBQ Grill. Located 15 mins away from Walt Disney World! There is free parking located on both the front and side of the property. If your thinking of enjoying the unanimous and riveting themes of Orlando has to offer than have no fear for there all within reach!!



With plenty of counter space, large pantries, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops you will have everything you need to get your day started out right. Whether you prefer homemade meals or take out, gather around the 4 seated island or 10 person dining room table to enjoy your meal or talk about the memories you have made during your vacation.

The Living Room is completed with a 85inch flat-screen tv, grey couch along with 2 royal blue lounge chairs. Enjoy a serene view through the large windows where you have a clear view of the pool and outside area with lounger chairs, outside dining and seating.

On the main floor, you will find 2 master bedrooms. Both cozy rooms are equipped with flat-screen tv's. The first bedroom is a master queen including a walk in shower and double sinks. Across the bedroom there is a game room featuring a pool table, ice hockey, foosball table, basketball hoop, dartboard and a skee-ball table. The second bedroom is a master king suite including a walk in shower, double sinks and a bathtub.

Wander upstairs into an additional 5 bedrooms, featuring a movie room in the comfort of your own place of stay! As well another lounge area.

Down the hall, you will find three Disney themed bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms offers two single size beds and are themed for girls and boys - (a princess and Star Wars bedroom.) Both bedrooms have a combined private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The Third theme bedroom is design for our Harry Potter fans featuring a full size single bed. Our three queen single bedrooms located upstairs are designed for the youth and adults keeping the Florida theme vacation feel right at home. The bedrooms offer a private bathroom with a walk in shower and an additional private bathtub bathroom.

The backyard comes with a pool and jacuzzi featuring outdoor dinning, ceiling fans and a lounge area. A tv is installed by the outdoor dining area, entertainment is with you in every room of this house!

Property offers two full size washers and two full size dryers, complimentary WIFI and cable TV as well as a pack and play and booster seat for infants and car seat for infants.

Heated Jacuzzi SPA: $55 per day.
Grill w/ Gas+Cleaning fee: $65 for the whole reservation.

AFTER CHECK IN:
Heated Jacuzzi SPA $65 per day.
Grill w/ Gas+Cleaning fee: $75 for the whole reservation.

CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 am.
We will charge additional fees if there is a delay in check-out.
After 30 minutes = $ 60.00
1 hour = $150
2 hours will be charged the amount of a daily fee.
