This charming 3BR, 2BA condo is perfect for your Orlando vacation!!! Complete with a fully equipped kitchen to cook up delicious meals or barbecue at the resort picnic area!

After a long day of fun in Orlando, enjoy cooling off at the resort pool or relaxing in the spa!

This unit has one master bedroom with an en-suite master bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has 2 full size beds, both sharing a spacious bathroom.

Free WiFi is provided so you can stay in touch with friends and family throughout your trip!

Vista Cay Resort is right next door to the Orange County Convention Center, and less than 15 minutes away from all major theme parks, including SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Walt Disney World.

AAU Volleyball Tournament

The place was nice. Little outdated. Perfect location to get to the convention center, no need to drive, can walk. Wish there were more pools for the amount of condos.

Location is great for AAU volleyball tournament. Would have liked more towels for the kitchen. A couple of the drawers in the kitchen were difficult to open/close. Dishwasher appeared to have mold growing inside so we hand washed all dishes/utensils. All appliances worked well! Older unit could use a refresh-throw rug in living area doesn't appear to be clean. Closet in room with 2 double beds was not usable due to space constraints.

Great location near convention center

Nice condo in a great location. Space was as described and clean. Check in and out was easy. Would be nice to have a couple kitchen towels and wash clothes (we only had one towel and no wash cloth that I seen) and a few more dishwasher and wash machine tablets. We bought more at the Publix near by so not a major issue. Enjoyed our stay! We will be back!

The condo was great it just took 3 days to get the tub unclogged I got there on Monday and when I took a shower and the water wasn't going down the drain I reported it Monday night other than that the stay was great

Great place, great location

This was a great property, and with three bedrooms made it perfect for the family. We visited Universal, Disney and Seaworld while there for only four days. This location was perfectly centered to be five minutes from Seaworld, 10 minutes to Universal, and 20 minutes to Disney. The full kitchen made it easy for us to have breakfast and one dinner in the condo. My only suggestion for the property owners would be to fix the toilet in the master bathroom. The plunger which releases water from the tank into the toilet is undersized, and therefore it constantly leaks. Considering that my wife is a light sleeper, this was a mild inconvenience for her. We close the door and it wasn’t that big of a deal. I’m sure the owners will fix it after they read this. This was a great place and I would highly recommend it!

Review

The property was in a very good location and was very clean. The apartment was spacious, quiet and it fit our family needs perfectly. My only few complaints are with the management company. They emailed us the wrong unit number and when we arrived after midnight we kept trying to get into the wrong apartment. I did have to call the management company on the 24-hour number and they gave us the correct rental unit. Also, they only left us 2 trash bags and 2 dishwasher tabs for a family of 4 and a whole week rental. This was by far not enough!!!

Our stay

The email giving check in instructions listed the wrong unit. I could have been embarrassing if someone was in that unit and thought we were breaking in. I called customer service and they did a great job of helping get to the correct unit and insuring we got in. This all happened about midnight. There were pheromones ants in the unit and we lost a little bit of food when they infested the box. The beds were okay, not the best we have slept in. We did love the place and would go back

Rental for Business Expo

Property was clean and suited us well for our visit. The only issue was on check in where our confirmation email had the wrong unit number on it, but the VRBO app had the correct unit number leading to a little confusion. Upon calling the service number, they were able to quickly sort it out.

Great location

We chose Vista Cay for being close to the Orange County Convention Center and we were not disappointed. Very nice area with food choices walking distance from the condos. The pool area was beautiful with a great atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Great location

We decided to stay in Orlando a few extra days. The location was great close to attractions and parks if needed. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable and a nice pool area. We did arrive a half hour early, I did ask for an early check in but they had previous guest and they were cleaning it. We waited until 4 to check in but they were still cleaning it. We did have to wait another 30 minutes to get in our room. This did not ruin our stay. I would rent again.

Nice unit with pleasant amenities

We enjoyed staying here. We chose it because of its convenient location relative to Universal, Disney, and the airport. We enjoyed that it was an easy walk away from a grocery store and some restaurants. We also really liked the pool, it was heated and enjoyable even on some chilly December days.

Great stay for Football and fun

The property was very clean and well stocked with bedding and towels. The gift left on the entry table was a pleasant surprise. The kitchen had basic equipment, although I could not find any measuring cups, but that very minor and easily overlooked.
