This modern, two-story townhouse is designed for comfort and connection. The open-concept main floor features a chic living area with a 50” Smart TV, a dining space for sharing meals, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar.

* Kitchen: Fully equipped for all your cooking needs.
* Dining Area: Seating for the whole family.
* Bedroom 1: A restful King bed and a 43” Smart TV.
* Full Bathroom: Features a bathtub and single sink.
* Private Patio: Your personal oasis with a hot tub, BBQ grill, and dining for 6.

* **Second Floor:**
* Family Room: A cozy loft space with a sofa and 50” Smart TV.
* Master Suite (Bedroom 2): A spacious King bed, 43” Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity.
* Bedroom 3 (Mickey Theme): One Twin bed plus a Bunk Bed (2 Twin beds) and a 43” Smart TV.
* Bedroom 4 (Toy Story Theme): One Twin bed plus a Bunk Bed (2 Twin beds) and a 43” Smart TV.
* Two additional full bathrooms, each with a bathtub and sink.
* Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

We provide all the essentials for a worry-free stay, including free WiFi, central AC, linens, towels, hairdryers, an iron, and a Pack 'n Play (available  upon request). For your safety, the home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.

**House Rules**
* Check-in is at 4:00 PM.
* Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* At least one guest in the party must be 21 years of age or older to book.

**Important Information**
* **BBQ Grill:** Use of the grill is available for an additional fee of $65 per stay. This includes a propane tank and final cleaning. Please request this service before your check-in date.
* **Package Delivery:** If you plan to have packages delivered during your stay, please contact us beforehand for specific instructions.
