ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

CHECKIN - It is required that all drivers of the cars that will be staying at the house provide their full names at least 48 hours before check-in so they can be registered at the gate and allowed to enter the condominium. We are not responsible for guests who are unable to enter the condominium because they did not provide their names in advance and only did so on the day of check-in.

✅WELCOME KIT: Items provided for your arrival:
🔹1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap, and 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom
🔹2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen
🔹2 laundry detergent pods in the laundry room
⚠️ We do not provide washcloths due to hygiene concerns.
🔹We recommend purchasing hygiene and cleaning products at Walmart if staying for more than 2 days.
✅ All beds come with sheets, duvets, and pillows.
✅Bath towels and hand towels are provided for the number of guests accommodated.
✅We do not replace bed linens and towels during your stay. Each house has a washer and dryer for guest use.

⚠️POOL HEATING: The pool heating system works by HEAT EXCHANGE and may not function properly in extremely cold temperatures.
🔹 Pool heating is an optional service and can be added to the reservation for $45.00 per night (minimum of 3 nights) with at least 2 days’ advance notice before arrival.
🔹 The pool temperature will be set between 85°F - 90°F (29°C - 32°C). If payment is made after 3.00 PM, the service will be activated the next day. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
🔹 The heater pump has a safety system that may shut down temporarily in extremely cold weather to prevent overheating.

BBQ GRILL USAGE RULES: The grill operates with propane gas, and there is a fixed fee of $85.00 per stay. This covers post checkout cleaning and propane replacement. If the propane tank provided in the house runs out, it is the guests responsibility to purchase an additional refill during their stay if they wish to continue using the barbecue grill.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES): Guests can receive packages at the house during their stay. Deliveries will be left at the doorstep. If the USPS (United States Postal Service) is used, the package will be returned to the sender, as USPS does not recognize vacation homes as valid residential addresses. UPS, DHL, and FedEx will leave packages at the doorstep.

🚫 ITENS AFTER CHECKOUT: We are not responsible for any lost or forgotten items after checkout.

FURNITURE AND DECORATION: Please do not remove or move furniture and decorative ornaments from their original position in the house without prior permission. Violations are subject to a fine.

RESERVATIONS LONGER THAN 28 DAYS: For stays exceeding 28 days, the guest will be required to pay for an extra cleaning service, which will be performed after 15 days of stay to ensure the house's upkeep.

🧹HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE: Daily housekeeping is NOT included in the rental rate. The house will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected before check-in by a professional cleaning company.
✅ Fresh linens and towels will be available in the unit.
✅Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

🚮TRASH DISPOSAL: The resort provides daily trash collection. Please use the resort's designated trash bins to maintain cleanliness.
⚠️ Unbagged or excessive trashmay result in a $200.00 fine.

🚗PARKING: The resort accommodates up to 3 vehicles; please avoid sidewalk obstruction or street parking to prevent penalties. The 3rd car should be parallel-parked to the driveway, ensuring no sidewalk blockage.
⚠️If more car passes are needed, a fee of $25 per car is needed.

HOUSE RULES:

1️⃣ Minimum booking age: 21 years old.
2️⃣ No parties or events allowed – subject to a $1,200 fine.
3️⃣ Maximum occupancy: 20 guests.
4️⃣ Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited – subject to a $350 fine.
5️⃣ Pets are NOT allowed – subject to a $100 fine per day.
6️⃣ Guest names and contact details (adults only) must be provided before arrival.
7️⃣ Door code will be sent one day before arrival.
8️⃣ Outdoor security cameras are located at the front door and patio.

🚪 LATE CHECK-IN AFTER11 PM: Guests must notify us in advance so we can arrange check-in accordingly.

RESORT ACCESS:📍 We will provide a link in which the guest will provide information to receive a QR code that will be presented at the front gate.
🔑 The check-in process is facilitated through a door access code.
