Just Enough

Check-in was okay....cleaning crew was still there when we arrived but they kindly let us put our luggage in the garage before we headed out to a party. The house was spacious and a perfect place for 3 different families to have their own rooms, bathrooms, and privacy. We did struggle a bit with a broker shower head in the hallway bathroom as well as in the second bathroom. There were also no towel racks or hooks which made it difficult to hang towels to dry. The property only allows 2 cars overnight....one in the garage and one in the driveway...so we had to leave the 3rd car at the Publix down the road. Overall, it was a good experience and fir our needs for our 2-night stay.

Our stay.

The neighborhood was very quiet and conveniently placed near Disneyworld and amusement parks. It also seemed very safe with the gate. I liked how it had an arcade. However, I think they should have fixed the TVs.

My stay

My stay was wonderful !!!! Everything was actually better than the picture house was cozy and close to alot of shopping and food. I enjoyed and my just was responsible immediately. I will stay again

DISNEY TRIP

The house was in a good location.The downside was we had mutuple cars and only two were allowed on a property meant to sleep 14. The house was not properly cleaned. One of the bathrooms had hair in it and the kitchen counters werenot properly wiped off

Comfortable

Communication with owner was great replied back immediately every time. Place was so so clean house was spacious and great for small family . Only complaints two rooms had no televisions and driveway was very small. Any direction you left out there were food and stores.

Not bad at all

The house was partial clean, I loved the neighborhood though. Easy checking.I only wish there was a room downstairs.Dust everywhere, i had to clean it myself.Overall, I would give a 3/5.

Super comoda

La verdad que es super comoda, limpia y hermosa pero lo unico malo es que tiene solo para estacionar 2 carros y 14 personas es dificil venir en 2 carros de resto esta exelente y super bien hubicada

Overall great stay

There was some minor hiccups during our stay. When we entered the house, there was a brown spill on the floor next to the stairs. It look sticky. Some of the towels were dirty with what looked like dust. And there was old candy wrappers under the game tables and main table. I didn’t expect to come in cleaning when my self and others are being charged a cleaning fee. There was only one roll of paper towels as well. My niece also had what looked like bed bugs bites or mosquito bites. She told me the day we checked out so I wasn’t able to have that conversation with Juan. There were 12 girls and only one had those bites so I’m not sure if it was just the bed she was on or mosquitoes. Other than me cleaning, The stay was good.

Close to Disney and everything else

Prpoerty is in a prime location and offers everything that is listed. Never had any issues with AC as mentioned in other reviews. Wonderful place for your Disney and other theme park trips to Orlando.

So-so location, Poor QC as a number of things didn't work

This was an ok location for an "Orlando park base camp", but it wasn't particularly close or convenient, one wouldn't stay way out here unless one was trying to save money and didn't plan on making multiple stops or round trips back to the place in the same day. This won't be an an issue for most people, but if you have a very large vehicle like we did, the neighborhood rule about only parking in the garage or driveway but not on the street will be an annoyance as the driveway was steeper than expected which makes loading and unloading more difficult. A few things did not work. The upstairs heat-pump was broken, which meant no AC upstairs, so it got and stayed uncomfortably warm, but that's where all the bedrooms are. This can probably be verified by looking at the NEST log. Three separate remote controls did not work, and after trying them all I finally found the only two good batteries among them to use the downstairs TV. The ice machine was frozen over. I actually defrosted it so we could have ice later, but it still didn't work hours later. The larger video game machine would not stay on unless one help down or figured out a way to place a heavy weight on the power button. There were only two rolls of toilet paper in the whole house with four bathrooms, so, when people immediately run to the restrooms after a long stretch of driving they were unpleasantly surprised. Also sweating because it was hot, see above. Especially since rolls of toilet paper are cheap, and the experience of not having one aggravating, skimping on something like that leaves a bad impression. So, overall, it seemed like whoever was responsible for managing the property was not doing enough quality checks to make sure everything was working and operational.

Renter beware

Was informed the morning that we arrived in Orlando, the day we were to check in that we couldn't be accommodated because it was already occupied, that he had some sort of trouble with his other website. That the other website never blocked the days. Booked and confirmed in January.. I don't understand how something like this could happen and then to not be notified until the day of is truly unacceptable. I can not accurately rate the cleanliness or neighborhood as I haven't stayed at the property, but had to select something to submit the review.

Bridal Shower Venue

I booked this VRBO to use for our daughter's small bridal shower. Juan was prompt at returning all messages and informed us quickly when there were changes to the association rules. The shower went off without a hitch. The house was PERFECT for our needs. There were even nice serving plates and utensils for us to use. If I had to give a negative, it would be the games that were pictured in the garage were moved inside, not great when decorating for a shower! We covered them with a table cloth and put the photo area in front of them. It worked out well with only a few moments of 'stress' to figure out what to do.

Wondeful Rental

This rental property is truly a repeat rental property! The home is beautiful and cozy for any family vacation. Location is quiet and enjoyable. The home is large enough for any family gathering. I would definitely rent this home again when back in town.
