$125(base fee)
$50 outdoor grill (cleaning fee will only charged if guest uses grill)

$100 for pool heat, based on a per week basis. If you stay for less than seven days, then the pool heat will still be $100 minimum .
These charges will be requested, via the VRBO app, once the booking is created.


Pass for the additional 8 pools and fast entree through all gates within the community available at security office for $15 usd (cash or check only)
