Beautiful 4 bedroom villa with private pool near Disney

Your home away from home! This beautiful 2 story villa is equipped with everything you need to have the perfect family getaway. With 4 bedrooms , 4 bathrooms and a private pool, this villa assures that everyone is comfortable and having a great time. This centrally-located property is 15 minutes away from all Disney parks, major shopping outlets, a huge variety of restaurants and many other attractions such as Champion Gates.
The space
First floor :

There are two living rooms in this property, both equipped with T.V that offer cable and one of the living rooms has an xbox 360, several board games and many books to read.

The kitchen is fully furnished with all the basic appliances that you need such as pots and pans, a K-cup coffee maker, a filtered coffee maker, a blender, toaster, microwave as well as fridge that has ice maker and filtered water. In the kitchen area there is dinning table that sits 6 people. There is also a formal dinning area with a table that sits 6 people.

Make your way outside to the pool area to find many inflatable toys, a sitting area, a dinning area and a bbq grill. Should you want to heat the pool it can be done at an additional cost. Accessible from the pool is a full bathroom with a stand up shower.

In the garage you can find a ping pong table, dart board, a washer and dryer

On the second floor:

The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, an on-suite
bathroom that has a soak in tub and a stand up shower, double sink vanity and a walk in closet. This bedroom offers a beautiful balcony that has a view of the pond. Sit back, relax and have your morning coffees and with a gorgeous view.

The second bedroom has 2 single bed with a small tv. A good size closet and drawer chest for storage. The two other bedrooms have each a queen size beds, a good size closet and a drawer chest.

To help you get started on your stay with us we will included 4 kcups coffee pods, 1 roll of paper towel, 3 dishwasher pods, some garbage bags, a dish sponge. In each bathroom you will find 1 roll of toilet paper and hotel size shampoo and condition along with bar soaps.
