We all enjoyed the pool. The hot tub was very powerful so that was nice. It doesn’t really get very hot not like ours at home (102 degrees). But we knew that it wasn’t going to get that hot.

Take Heed!

Parking with multiple vehicles was a mess! We had cars towed and parking passes not issued. Do not take over 4 cars. Do Not PAY extra for heated pool or hot tub, it never was heated only hot from the sun. A waste of a lot of money. Beaches are atleast a hour and a half out.

Great Stay

House was amazing. Just as pictured and the pool area was so comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. Quickly responded to any questions asked. Will definitely stay again.

Exceptional Vacation Home!!!

Our 10 kids and 2 son-in-laws (total of 14 of us) absolutely loved our stay in this vacation house. We had plenty of space and everything we needed was there! It’s not often when expectations are exceeded in a rental, but this home was even better than its pictures! Thank you for a perfect stay!!!

Incredible stay!

An amazing vacation for our group! We were extremely impressed with everything offered and all was as it seemed in the posts. The communication was spectacular and there wasn’t a time where we didn’t feel attended to. The resort itself is amazing and everything was very clean. We would highly recommend this to anyone travelling with a large group. PS hide and seek at night is a must 😉

Great place for a family vacation

We stayed at the property for a week with our 5 grown children, their spouses and children. Wonderful large rooms with enough beds for everyone. And only 1 set of bunk beds which are a problem for tall people. Nice heated pool plenty of dishes. Only drawback was getting through the gate which was sometimes very strict not allowing our daughters in law on property because they had forgotten ID. Getting through the gate on weekends sometimes took 20 mins because new check ins not in correct lane. Quick response from management company when we had problems.

Enjoyable

The communication with the property manager was excellent!! They responded very quickly with anything we needed. They checked in to make sure everything was as we wanted. The location was close to everything we needed. I would highly recommend this house. They had mini golf, basketball, volleyball, game room and pool with splash park area for the littles. The area was very clean and the neighborhood was very clean.

Beautiful spacious home

We had a wonderful time during our stay . The open concept of the home provided so much space for our group . The kids absolutely loved the air hockey table and of course the pool . The kids and adults also really enjoyed the hot tub . The resort water park was a hit as well , we all really enjoyed the lazy river . Would definitely recommend this stunning modern home to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Florida .

Fantastic house and resort

The house was extremely clean and exactly as the listing. So many things at the house to keep everyone entertained. The resort was also very clean and the pools, slides, and lazy river were a lot of fun. My only complaint is that the splash pad part of the resort was not heated water and we were not there during a warm week so the water in the splash pad was freezing. Too cold for my children to even want to play in it.

Family Vacation with 3 Generations

Our adult children and grandchildren joined us for a couple weeks in Orlando in this lovely vacation home. We made good use of the pool and hot tub even though Orlando was going through a chilly spell. After the New Year’s holiday (when the office was closed) Blue Sky promptly responded to a couple issues, including repairing a toilet paper holder and increasing the pool heat. We had plenty of space for multiple families and utilized the multiple game rooms. The resort amenities are also very nice. The location is quite a distance from many things including theme parks. There is a Publix very nearby as well as a few restaurants and a CVS. But we found ourselves driving quite a while to get to a Target, Walmart, Costco, etc. The kitchen was fairly well equipped- lots of eating utensils and sufficient pans, a griddle, crockpots, coffee makers, instapot. Since it wasn’t real warm we didn’t eat a meal outside so didn’t really miss the fact that there weren’t any unbreakable plates for the lanai. The only reason why I am not able give this property an overall 5 star rating is due to recurring sightings of a mouse,First sighting was on our first evening after finally getting settled in the house. I called the after hours emergency number to let them know. They did send out pest control the next afternoon who set two traps. Two more sightings were reported and Blue Sky certainly was responsive and apologetic but it was still there the morning we left. They are hard to catch!

Amazing Disney World trip

The house was huge with a fully stocked kitchen. They thought of everything you would need to cook for a big group. Never seen a bug inside which is a huge thing for me. Clean and very well maintained. Beds were comfy which made a big difference as we rented for 14 nights. Pool was clean and not too big or small. Resort was very nice as well.

Great home for multi-generational families

The floor plan of the home was perfect for multi-generational families with the bedrooms placed in each of the home's corners for maximum privacy. The kitchen was the best-appointed kitchen I've stayed in as far as quantity of cooking appliances, pots/pans, dishware, flatware, etc. The home also had numerous entertainment options on both floors and was within walking distance to the community pool. Definitely plan to pick up extra laundry and dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels and body soap as the provided starter set will only last a couple days.

Disney/Universal Family vacation

The house itself is a great set up for up to 16 people but could easily accommodate 18. The home is quite large, we did not feel crammed. There is lots for the kids to do in the house and the community resort area was nice to have. All the Disney resorts were about 25 min away and Universal was about 45 min away. The house had plenty of kitchen dishes and silverware for everyone. As stated, they supply enough TP, dish soap, laundry soap, bathroom soap for a couple days so you will need to buy or bring extra. There also is not any spices so another thing to consider if cooking a lot. There are a few things where they could improve to help with the renters experience. 1. Increase the amount of dishcloths and dish towels. We had one dishcloth and 2 dish towels for an 11 night stay. 2. Increase the amount of towels (bath and pool. It was a struggle for us and we only had 12 people. 3. They should supply a 13 gallon garbage bag per day for your stay. We were supplied 4, which wasn’t enough for our stay. The house was great, these improvements are easy for Blue Sky Villas to improve on. We highly recommended the house!

Fun House!

Spacious and well-appointed. The house is as nice as the pictures make it out to be. It’s brand new so there was nothing in the pantry (coffee filters, salt & pepper, sugar), but that is a warning and not a complaint. Facilities are really nice. Too cold to go in the lazy river so we’ll have to come back for that. Our ages ranged from 4 to 85 and everyone had a great time.
