Spacious house that had everything we needed for a group of 10. Pool and hot tub heat was perfect and we really enjoyed our outside time and the use of the kitchen. Communication was great and they responded quickly. Only negative thing I could point out was that the king bed in the main bedroom downstairs is in desperate need of a new mattress as it was very uncomfortable. No one else complained of the beds in any other room. The theatre room was fun and a great place to watch the Superbowl!

Awesome Stay

Property accommodated our 8 person golf group perfectly. Everyone had their own room. Plenty of space and lots of tv’s. Theater was great for the final four. Great location, close to everything. Grocery, coffee & golf nearby. Disney a short drive away. Ten houses from the clubhouse with numerous pools, fitness center & restaurant & lounge. Texted management staff and received a response within minutes. Would definitely recommend. A+++

Relaxing

My family and I had a great time. The resort have a nice gym and wave pool my kids enjoyed. I would highly recommend the place for reunions and family getaway.

Great space for a family!!

The house style was great, location was ok. Very roomy for the 13 of us and great accommodations for the babies/children. There were ant issues in a few of the rooms, otherwise great space for a family, especially the movie room!! We would consider staying again.

Great house

Lovely house and great community everything looks just like the pictures. Very spacious with room for everybody. Very equipt for little ones with all the strollers and pack n plays. Loved the pool and hot tub at the house as well as the splash pad in the community. Would definitely recommend this house for anybody going to Florida.

Wonderful, just a few things you need to know

There are no rugs for doorways or bathrooms. Don't leave anything outside like bikes. People do steal in neighborhood. Driveway can only hold 4 cars tightly. Not Multiple SUV's. There is a parking lot close to house for extra cars. Not many towels, so be prepared to wash daily (good news washer upstairs and down), We did see a few roaches inside but they stated you can call pest control because insects are bad in Florida. Bring your own deep fryer, blenders or any other specialty appliance. They have coffee maker and Kureg. No handicap handle on large showers so assign grandma's room cautiously. Beautiful neighborhood. Great for bike riding and scooters. We had a good time! I would rent again

We had a group of 12 adults and our stay was wonderful. The house was exactly how it was Vrbo site. It was an 8 BR 6.5 BTHR so therefore every couple had there own private space. Both sets of washer/dryer came in handy. All of the BR’s were beautiful and the kitchen was to die for. The walk-in showers and closets was very spacious. We will definitely stay here again. Beautiful house and location

The house was great for the number of people we had. Perfect amount of room indoors and out. The pool and club house was amazing. We needed more glasses, towels and silverware and the management responded immediately. They were very communicative and responsive. What a lovely home away from home.

Disney Family Trip

Overall we found the property to be comfortable and clean. The location was only 20 mins from the Disney Parks which was convenient. The resort in the neighbourhood was great to spend with the kids on our relaxing days providing lots of entertainment and fun. The contact with management was great, they were sure to check in with us before and during our stay. We did however arrive at the house to find that the dishwasher was broken unbeknownst to us. On our second day a new one was delivered and the maintenance staff were there promptly to offer to install it. The 2 pool loungers on the property were broken and the BBQ was not cleaned prior to our arrival. One phone call to Rachel and we had 2 brand new chairs delivered and had the BBQ cleaned the next day. Overall, not a big deal. A couple of things that would be of convenience for future guests would be for dish towels and cloths to be provided. Also, a starter pack of laundry soap would be helpful for guests who are arriving from far away. Many people travel with their own shampoo but once again it would be helpful to have a small sample of these shower essentials upon arrival allowing guests to freshen up after a long trip. Overall the property was great for our needs. We all had our own private space and washroom which allowed us all to have a relaxing stay.

Almost perfect

I recently rented this beautiful house for a break from the cold of PA, check in was easy and fast and the house was just as pictured, but I have to admit that parking is a little tight which makes it difficult to get in and out of your car there’s no street parking and we weren’t told about the over flow parking area until security came and asked us to move our car (no big deal) but so much information is given out before arrival that I don’t understand why this isn’t mentioned. I would have to agree with other reviewers that there aren’t enough towels for the amount of people that this house can accommodate there are very few which left us all scrambling and washing a lot which no one wants to do while on vacation. We’re a group of 13 who planned on spending all of our time at the house enjoying time with each other and the beautiful weather so on our first full day there it was more than a little upsetting to find out that the dishwasher didn’t work (cuz no one wants to spend their time inside doing dishes by hand every meal for 13 people) so as is stated in every message from the property manager I contacted them about the issue, they texted me back saying that they were aware of the problem that it had been broken the week before but was supposedly fixed but since it wasn’t that they would reach out to their team and get back to me, by the end of the day and 2 meals of doing dishes by hand later I hadn’t heard from them so I again messaged them and they said they were waiting on the warranty company to get back to them and then they would get back to me about when it would be replaced, needless to say I never heard back from them again and we went the entire week doing dishes by hand for 13 people 3 meals a day in a house that was advertised as having a dishwasher, I understand that things break but I also expect that when I pay a lot of money for vacation that I get what I pay for the last thing I wanna do is dishes or wonder if or when it’s gonna be fixed only to spend the entire week there and it never be fixed, replaced or heard anything back. We paid extra for the grill and were glad we did as it made for less dishes but be aware it was super dirty and covered in old burnt food so bad that the smoke detector in the house went off while we were trying to burn the old food off. The house and property are super clean definitely the cleanest I’ve ever rented, very comfy, and roomy I would definitely rent this house again.

Great meeting place!

Each year, for many years now, our board meets for an annual strategic planning meeting in Florida. We like to keep our expenses down by doing our own cooking while we meet for four solid days of board discussion. This house served our needs beautifully by providing roomy meeting space, a large kitchen, a table that could hold us all when eating, and a bathroom for each couple! Any questions we had were quickly addressed. We hope to be back again next year!

Lacking, lacking, lacking

We arrived, nothing to start us out til next day. No soap, no dish liquid, no paper towels, no shampoo/conditioner. Kitchen was not equipped at all. Dollar Tree silverware, no strainer, pans needed to be replaced, no baking pans, no mixer. HD to buy things to cook. If wanted to use BBQ grill that was on porch, it was an additional $75.00. The grill was filthy with burned food all over it. Never had to rent grill at any other rentals we’ve done. Also, additional $30.00 per day to heat pool. Ridiculous! Parking was also awful! Will not go back to this Money Pit!

Rental results

The property rental in general was ok. The biggest failure was that the house didn’t have pots and pans that were usable. Knifes didn’t cut at all and we found it hard cooking a family meal because the kitchen wasn’t stocked with cookware. The washer and driers didn’t work right and have ruined my clothes because the dryer will not stop running even when the time has been set to stop after 45 minutes of running. It’s was a nice house but most of the things in it made it fail.

2021 Black Love Annual Couples Trip

All was nice, but just need to replace the pots and pans and provide more towels and washcloths. Also check refrigerator cause it never got real cold. Add irons to the home. Other than that nice house. My couples trip was a success
