Agradável local

Tivemos uma estadia agradável! Apenas a limpeza do local deixou a desejar. Encontramos alguns insetos na casa e em alguns cômodos! A localização é perfeita e próxima a tudo! Recomendo

It was horrible from the start I could not imagine encouraging anyone to rent from this company after finding out it really wasn't a part of the gated community we were in it was set up to be false advertisement the bedrooms was nothing like the advertisement that they showed on the verbal list it had two bedrooms that had two twin beds in it one bedroom had one queen bed the advertisement showed that it would be king bed in one room and a full and a twin and a the other along with another queen bed in the other we was set to stay for 10 days our first three days we stayed with no air conditioner we call the host over 20 times no response we text The Host and he constantly was a rude person texting back I seem to see the number on the thermostat that went on for 2 days the third day is when we got air I chose to sleep on the let out couch downstairs because I am a big woman and I was not aware that all the bedrooms was upstairs sleeping on the let out couch it was so had mildew on it underneath it had piles of trash the cleaning person after calling and complaining went and got a cover for the mattress and she's she went out and bought they were not in the unit the TVs was not workable for a day until the cleaning woman came again to fix that there is Chip paint at the windowsill that I had to constantly tell my granddaughter not to by the way that is not safe the refrigerator ice maker does not work and he told me that it was not listed that the ice maker will work which is

Good spot, bad stay

We really appreciated the location of this property and how easy the check-in process was — that part was smooth and convenient. We were sent to the wrong address and that put us almost an hour out of the way. The owner was contacted and told me that he had sent three separate emails in regard to the check-in process, etc. I never received a single one of those emails. Apparently we ended up at the credit card companies house?!? Unfortunately, the house itself was not clean upon arrival. We had to do quite a bit of cleaning ourselves to feel comfortable staying there. The sheets were dirty and had what looked like a lot of dog hair on them, which was unsettling. Most of the beds were very uncomfortable, except for the one in the girls’ room. The dining room table was also sticky and didn’t feel clean. The microwave looks like a fire hazard at this point.While the space had potential and some positives, we would not stay here again due to how unkept and poorly maintained the home felt.

Bien pour le prix

La maison est très bien situé si vous y séjourner pour passer du temps dans les parcs. La communication avec les propriétaires était parfaite. Le resort Encantana est propre et très agréable. Pour les prochains visiteurs, nous vous avons acheté 4 coupes a vin que nous avons laissé dans l’armoir au dessus du four, c’est pas mal la seule chose qu’il manquait dans la maison. Les lits sont malheureusement très durs, nous avons du acheter des mousses mémoires pour mettre dessus afin de ne plus avoir mal dans le dos.

Beautiful place to stay

This was a beautiful townhome. Very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is for the property owners to put an umbrella out by the pool as it gets very hot out there and there is not any shade. Other than that I would love to stay here again next time I visit the area.

Wonderful for families!

Absolutely wonderful! Everything was as described and the house was a nice retreat in between the competition we were attending. Would definitely stay again! My family and I loved the splash pool too! Check-in, checkout was super simple with instructions, gate codes, door codes being sent out a week in advance.

Honestly

The beds were rather small and need new mattresses, they squeaked any time you move. TV was a guess as to what you watched. Channels were not accurate. All in all a good stay, very close to the parks, roughly 20 minutes in high traffic. Close to a Publix, target and Walmart.

Let’s first start with the good: Great location, it was close to everything - shopping, food, entertainment. Now for the not so good: no soap in any soap dispenser, outdated furniture and appliances, broken blinds, hard bed, non working light bulbs, etc. If you don’t mind vacationing like your at grandmas house, then maybe you can find comfort here.

Not as expected

The convenience of the location - close to the parks - did not make up for the property faults. The beds were very uncomfortable, we had to buy a few pillows as the pillows provided were not great quality. The washer is quite rusty, there are many scuffs and scraps throughout the townhouse. The pool had broken tiles and the outdoor furniture, rusty grill and lighting didn't look like it had been cleaned in a long time. In all, a disappointing stay.

Property in poor repair, very unclean. Property management non responsive!!

Upon arrival we noted the property was in very poor repair. Much of the furniture had been written on, scuffed and damaged by previous occupants. Almost all the blinds were damaged and there were bulbs out in the laundry room. There was debris and paper plates under the sofa and the appliances were very rusted and worn including the washing machine which snagged many of our garments. I attempted to contact the property manager by a form on their app within 24 hours but got no response. A few days later I tried to email her but again got no response. Eventually I resorted to contacting the villa owner after which the property manager did in fact respond. In the three weeks we had been there the pool had never been cleaned and I also brought the other issues up with the owner. They did eventually arrange a pool clean although the pool deck remained uncleaned...but the remainder of the issues remained untended. I am upset because this could be such a lovely home but the property manager is obviously neglecting it.

Too much dust 🤧 ac filter caked with filth

AC unit problems caused one of my grandkids to be sick. So dirty, broken tiles on the pool, poor conditions. We were very unhappy and not given our cleaning fee refunded. Beds very uncomfortable not a healthy environment for any one. Sorry for the poor reviews but I have been to lots of VRBO and this experience was the worst.

Great place to stay

The house was clean and everything was set up nice. I visited in Nov. so the pool was too cold to use, but the house was close to Disney World and right down the road from old town. I enjoyed my stay and I would book this house again.
