    Within the enchanting ambiance of Magic Village Views, a captivating clubhouse awaits, offering a plethora of amenities designed to elevate your experience. Nestled amidst this exquisite backdrop is a splendid swimming pool, a rejuvenating jacuzzi, a state-of-the-art fitness space, a well-maintained tennis court, and a vibrant sand volleyball court. These offerings, however, fall under the category of exclusive privileges and are not inclusive within the condominium package.

    Should you wish to indulge in the luxury of these amenities, a nominal fee of $100.00 (plus applicable taxes) per day of usage is applicable, payable directly at the club's front desk. This ensures that your access remains entirely private and reserved, granting you the freedom to relish these offerings at your leisure.

    Complementing this distinguished offering is a delightful dining establishment nestled within the clubhouse. Featuring an array of delectable Japanese cuisine and mouthwatering hamburgers, this restaurant is a culinary haven waiting to be explored. The remarkable aspect is that you are not required to pay an additional fee for access; it stands as a complimentary delight for all residents and guests.

    Access Guest:

    The condominium has a coded entrance to have better control of its visitors and provide a peaceful and safe stay.
    The condominium has a Japanese food restaurant with lacarte or rodizio dishes and a private and well-equipped clubhouse which guests can access by paying a fee of $100.00 + 6.5% taxes directly at the frontdesck per day of use per house
    The clubhouse has: pool ,Hottub, tennis court, volleyball court with beach sand, fitness room, recreation for children

    Other Things to note:

    1. The following items are left at the house for your arrival: 1 shampoo, 1 rinse cream, 1 soap, and 2 toilet papers in each bathroom. In the kitchen 2 bag and garbage, 2 dishwasher soap, and a paper towel. In the laundry room 2 soaps for washing clothes.
    WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASH CLOTHES due to hygiene issues.
    I suggest that if you stay more than 2 days go to Walmart and shop for cleaning and bathing.

    2. In all bathrooms we leave bath towels, hand towels for the number of guests that the house can accommodate.
    All beds have sheets, duvets and pillows.

    3. If you need a crib in the unit, please always request it 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability.

    4. Propane Gas only Grill Rules: For the use of the barbecue there is a fixed fee of $65.00 for the entire length of the stay, for post checkout cleaning and propane replacement.

    5. Houses that have a jacuzzi on the balcony do not have additional fees added to the daily rates, this is a courtesy, if a problem occurs during your stay we do not refund amounts due to the jacuzzi not functioning properly. Do not throw any type of product into the water, subject to a fine of $150.00

    6. PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
    ? You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
    ? If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.

    7. We are not responsible for items or belongings left in the house after checkout, please, when leaving, carefully check the removal of all your belongings and suitcases from the house so that there are no problems.

    House Rules:

    1. At the check-out, you should bag and dispose all garbage and leave on the trash bin outside for pickup. If an excess of garbage was left inside or outside the unit, a fee will be charged US$ 150.00 fine.
    2.1. You cannot smoke inside the house and may generate a US$ 350.00 fine
    3. No pets allowed. We do not accept animals, if you have a license to take you must have the certificate and attestation of service dog, vaccination card and be presented before the reservation and be approved by the HOA of the condominium, we do not accept Emotional Support, otherwise you will be subject to a fine of $ 350.00
    4. Please ask not to go up with shoes, sneakers or slippers on the stairs and in the rooms, as the floor is carpeted and will be stained or dirty.
    5. It is not allowed to throw parties at the house, the condominium does not allow it, if you insist you will pay a fine of $ 450.00
    6. Please throw out all food in the garbage.
    7. Put all dishes in the dishwasher please turn it on before you leave.
    8. Pool towels are the blue and white towels or green and white towels, please don't leave towels at pool. There will be a $20.00 charge for lost towels. Please do not use the bath and face towels for cleaning makeup on your face or use as a floor cloth, they are white and if the dirt does not come out I will have to charge ($ 18.00 to $ 25.00) for each stained or damaged towel
    9. All Kitchen dishes and utensils, pots and pans are counted. We want the next renters to have the same items. There will be a charge for all missing items ($5.00 to $20.00 depending on the items).
    10. Please request that the checkout be done at 10.00 am, due to the entry of another guest and cleaning of the house. Failure to do so will result in a $ 60.00 fine per hour of delay and may not exceed 12.00 pm.

Great location, comfortable space

Such a great location, watched Disney fireworks from the window each night, close to everything. Every bedroom had it's own full bathroom. Definitely bring your own toiletries including toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent... Otherwise very comfortable.

Facility ok few amenities

Enough toiletries for only a day. No tissues, one small tp per BR. No washcloths. There are minimum household supplies, be prepared to buy dishwasher and washing machine pods, napkins, paper towels, kitchen garbage bags etc. There are no dressers so be prepared to live out of your suitcase. You have to pay a significant daily fee to use pool and other property amenities. Had problem with smoke alarm, clogged sink and leak in another sink. No cover for comforters, stained blanket. Check-in info did not come when expected and was not able to reach owner. On the pro side it was a spacious facility, close to Disney and reasonably clean.

Can't wait to come again

Fantastic property in a great location. Had a blast staying here while my friends and I visited and went to Universal. Looking forward to coming again with my family.

Beautiful back patio

The place is beautiful and well kept. I missed the part about it costing $100 PER DAY to use the pool and hot tub at the resort. We stay at similar places all around the area (including a sister Magic Village property) and never had to pay this fee. I'm sure I just overlooked it but that was an expensive disappointment. Overall, great place and location.
