HOUSEKEEPING: As is typical of all vacation home rentals, there is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Due to the time needed for the cleaning crew and inspector to prepare the house for our guests' arrival, no early check-in or late check out is provided, so please plan your reservation accordingly.

STARTER SUPPLIES: The home is fully stocked with linens, towels, and pillows, but keep in mind your vacation home is intended as self-catering. A starter kit will be provided with the following items: 1 travel-size dishwashing detergent, 1 sponge, 2 dishwashing machine capsules, 1 paper towel roll, 2 trash bags. Also, each bathroom will include towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and 2 toilet paper rolls. Guests should bring additional personal items and restock on additional toiletries and home items as needed during your visit. There are plenty of stores and supermarkets in close proximity to the resort where you can gather these items.

FOOD: As per local vacation rental requirements and due to sanitary reasons, open food cannot be left in the refrigerator or kitchen closets. Hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of food items will be provided prior to check in, except sealed packets of salt and pepper.

BBQ Grill rental is available upon request at the time of booking for a fee is $150 for a period of up to one week. Guests using a rental grill must ensure the location where grill is used is cleaned after use. Availability cannot be guaranteed, particularly if not requested at time of booking.
The house splash pool is equipped with a water heater that can be activated for a charge of $65 for the duration of your stay. The heater operates only while the pool pump is running on its daily schedule from around 9AM to 6PM. If interested in having this option for your stay, please indicate at the time of booking.

Please be aware the property is equipped with multi high noise, cigarette/tobacco/vaping smoke and occupancy sensors. Any high noise level consistent with party levels, smoking or exceedance of occupancy limits will be detected and notified. For your safety, please be aware the house is also monitored by OUTSIDE cameras at the front and outside the back of the property, there are no cameras of any kind inside the property.
