There is high-quality Polywood patio furniture such as a table with seating for 6 and 3 chairs around a fire pit, and also 8 sun loungers for enjoying the Florida sunshine. There is also a huge lanai for shade and a poolside half bath. Unwind at the tiki bar and watch a movie on the 110" projector screen located outside in the lanai. The home is located on a rare lot in a prime location, next to a large landscaped area for greater privacy.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Smeg toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker. Spacious open-planned floor plan. The dining area has seating for 8. The breakfast bar also has 4 bar stools. The living room has a huge 72" fan. Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
