Your Home Away from Home! Thank you for choosing our Orlando property for your vacation. We have put a lot of love and effort into making this villa a perfect retreat, and we kindly ask for your help in maintaining its condition. Here`s a quick run through of our house rules.

1. We require a refundable security deposit of $1000 USD for potential damages
2. Grilling is not allowed on this property. This includes the use of rented grills
3. Check-In/Check-Out times: Please respect the timings
4. Please do not use shoes in the house. Use the shoe cabinets to store your shoes
5. Absolutely no smoking or vaping indoors. Illegal substances are also prohibited.
6. Only registered guests are permitted
7. No parties or events please
8. Quiet Hours between 11 pm and 7 am
9. Enjoy meals in the dining room and kitchen, no food or drinks in the bedrooms
10. Please handle furnishings, decor, art and house fixtures carefully. Any damage beyond the security deposit will be charged
11. Report any damages immediately to us
12. For safety, no open flames or candles
13. Trash: Bag it up and use the brown trash contained placed outside the front door. Trash is collected twice a day.
14. Furniture: Please do not move or rearrange any furniture or accessories in the house
15. Walls: No drawing or scribbling on walls or wallpapers
16. Equipment: Please do not attempt to adjust pool equipment, HVAC units, electrical breakers or routers. Contact us for any issues.

Violating these rules and causing any damages to the house, furniture or fixtures may result in fines depending on damages caused. Please treat this property with the same care as you would treat your own home!

Checkout Checklist:
1. Turn off lights, fan, AC, TVs, appliances and electronics
2. Keep all linen in their respective bedrooms
3. Leave all TV remotes in their respective rooms
4. Close all water outlets
5. Sign out of any streaming accounts such as Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.
6. Close and lock all doors and windows
7. Check for all personal items
8. Place used towels in the bathroom laundry baskets
9. Dispose all trash in the outdoor container
