Terra Verde will charge a $25 fee per electronic key-card for vehicles for fast access to the resort at the front gate. The pool heat cost is $20.00 per day and the Cleaning Fee is $125.00. On site property management company- Unique Florida Homes manages our home and takes care of all the cleaning and pool heat etc. as well as any issues they may arise during a stay.

A new wall mounted television in the dining room, all new remote control ceiling fans with lights were installed in all of the bedrooms.
