The stay and location was great the only problem was when we got to the property the pool was dirty.we tried to clean it with the leaf rake pole to swim but it was a lil to much. I texted about the problem they came in two days after i requested cleaning and all they did was poor Clorox inside and left they didn’t even clean out the leafs and dirty things inside.

Disney Family Vacation

The house was big enough for all of our family-11 in total. Plenty of bathrooms and beds for everybody. Upon arrival we had issues getting into the community because of an old gate code. Once we got into the house you could see the place had some wear and tear. It was very clean though. I do wish in the listing they would have put that they only provided starter supplies like one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and so on. That we knew what we were getting into having to grocery shop to stock the entire house for our long stay. Throughout the first 2 days in the house we realized some issues. The shower door track in the main suite was broke and the doors wouldn’t shut properly. They did come and fix that quickly thankfully. We also found that several of the outlets did not work, and one of the back outside doors was off the hinges. They did come by and fix those when we told them. So it started off rocky. While all of these issues were going on the gate code problem turned out to be a bigger issue then a simple fix due to clerical errors regarding the owners paperwork. It took like 3 or 4 days before they finally got everything fixed and got us.a working gate code. I understand some of these things were out of their control but it did leave a bad taste in our mouth. We spent alot of money and had to deal with their issues while trying to enjoy our family vacation that we only get once every several years. I would stay somewhere else next time.

EXCELLENT CHOICE!!!!

Exactly as described. Gated community is a plus. Unfortunately the pool needed repairs so we were unable to enjoy it. The home is absolutely beautiful. It accommodated 7 Adults and a 2 year old easily. The location is ideal. Only a few mins from Walmart and approximately 30 mins from Orlando's Airport We enjoyed the Club House Ammenites

Nice place to stay!

We had a nice visit! The home was nice and the resort was cool. It would have been nice to know that there’s a charge to purchase tubs for lazy river at resort. The screen door top hinge needs repair but door was functional. Overall we would stay again.

Nice

The place was nice. My friends and I enjoyed our stay. The only cons I have are the carpets (stained…feels unclean), the peeling leather (white) couch, and the mesh screening above the pools needs to get fixed (there’s a big hole). Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. Check in/check out process was really easy and no complications. Please read before booking, if I had a chance review the Renter’s Agreement before booking, that would’ve been helpful in deciding to book this place or not. I rate this place a 7/10.

Spacious and Affordable

Family meeting up together. Enough room for all of us to stay together. Plenty of bathrooms as well. Bring your own toiletries (bath soap) and shop for paper towels and toilet paper the ones provided are extremely thin and only 1. Rug is filthy, faux leather peeling off from couch. Response from host was always quick and they did tend to some of our concerns immediately during the stay and fixed a few things. Host does try to help make the stay a pleasurable one.

Nice Stay

The property is great. My only issue was equipment such as not enough towels, Toilet paper, Wash rags and Garbage bags! But other than that is way a good stay.

Updates Needed

Online impression was great. However, the furniture needs to be replaced very worn. Carpet needs to be cleaned throughout. Only the TV in the Living Room and Master gave channels to watch. Bugs entered into the pool area and home due to broken screens on the pool area. No additional trash bags, front entrance to the Unit was not clean and undesirable to enter. Not at all what I expected. Enjoyed the benefits of using the Lazy River Pool area.

This is a scam!

This place was so run down broken beds clogged tubs dirty floors stained carpets dirty sheets. Do not book here. Ruined my daughter’s 10th birthday. Was cleaning and washing all night before we could sleep. No response from anyone please spend your money else where I left 1s because a 0 wasn’t able to put

Should not have luxury listed in the description

This is a maintained condo, nothing is luxury about it. Contact with the owner is horrible. I called months before my vacation and never received a call back About my concerns regarding the bad reviews that I read. Those reviews were very true. There needs to be a total makeover at this condo. The walls were horrible and also was the carpet. Stains on walls and carpet were very disgusting. The “white” couch was nasty peeling and no longer white it was beige and brown very worn down and also the black couch upstairs was not sturdy and worn as well. Also there were limited amenities inside the condo. The bedding was clean but the bed my husband and I slept in was leaning so it was very uncomfortable. Overall I would not stay here again I would suggest a total makeover and new furniture throughout the condo.

Glad I purchased the accidental insurance beforehand. The place was only have of what we expected. The room downstairs had a broken board on frame, drink or some kind of substance spilled on wall behind lamp by night stand on same side of broken board, foam topper was torn in several spots plus stained linens, no wash rags at all, broken baseboards on entry going into kitchen, a small cooking sheet big enough for 8 biscuits, one 9x13 casserole dish, several pots and pans but only 2 lids, the white sectional in living room had food and several black spots (removal with wet rag) left on it, hole in wall by dining room table, the screens on pool patio were ripped, one of which had a decent size hole, the crayon markings on many walls, busted crayons all over closet floor that was located in kitchen, upstairs tv room had several candy wrappers shoved behind tv, the bunk bed room night stand drawers were drawn all over inside, the tall dresser top right drawer had a huge hole through the bottom, the tv picture on top left corner was busted 3-4 inches across and about a full 2 inches down, the double bed room looked to have spit splotches in 3 or 4 different spots, the bed closest to door had hair and debris on it(like it had been slept in and not changed), the bathroom located outside of it had a dirty hand towel as in either shaving cream or tooth paste on it, plus the shower/tub rug was dirty footprints and wet . Couldn’t get a call back from anyone regarding the issues at all.

Honestly I wasn’t happy

The place is a little warn down but after all my kids and grandkids arrived I was ok. They all loved the pool and community pool and didn’t really notice anything else. We had 13 people in our group, beds were comfortable, bathroom for all families and had enough dishes, etc. we did have to buy kitchen towels and wash clothes - otherwise we loved it.

The condo

The whole house needs a new paint job as well as all the carpets should be replaced! As well as the bare essentials should be provided! Dish soap , extra garbage bags, paper towel & toilet paper, as well as face cloths. House was reasonably clean, but definitely not spotless n shining. I would not rent here again.

Not such a nice place and not very good service

I asked twice via messenger and once via phone before we came if we needed to bring pool towels NO ONE responded. We had none upon arrival. Getting here the walls were all marked up, verticals blinds missing slats, click falling apart, a mismatched variety of plates and cups/glasses No bath mats one towel per person for the bathroom. No wash cloths. No dish cloth. No lounge chairs at the pool One bedroom locked meaning the occupants could NOT get out. I called this time they answered me and sent a person to take a look. He said this was a diar emergency to get fixed. He was suggesting a lock smith. They NEVER came. Any time after this initial call to the agency I tried to contact them they would not answer my call. I would receive an automatic text message saying someone would call me back. Never happened. The pictures on VRBO made this place look much nicer than it was. Very disappointed
