We invite you to our Beautiful BRAND NEW 5 Bedroom / 4.5 Bathroom with private swimming pool home and all the amenities necessary for your family and friends to spend a precious and memorable vacation in Orlando.

Located in Kissimmee, only 8 miles from Disney parks and with easy access to all Orlando area attractions, restaurants, shopping malls and golf courses!

House is brand new and part of the newest phase of the Luxurious Windsor at Westside Resort, Guests will have full access to club house amenities (Full description below).

The open concept floor plan allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching TV or cooking up some delicious meals in a fully equipped kitchen.
You will be able to unwind in your own private screened pool and lanai and show everyone the talented chef you are by cooking poolside in our gas BBQ grill (optional service).

On the second floor you'll find a loft for the whole family to watch a movie, catch a game or just chill!

All 5 bedrooms feature a flat screen TV and have the following bed configuration:

The property has central air conditioning throughout, free Wifi and, cable TV. There is a laundry room, washer and dryer with ironing facilities. Parking available adjacent to house, inside gated community.

Pool Heating Fee: $25 per day. Please inquire at least 48 hours in advance.

GRILL / BBQ Use: $60 with 1st full propane tank provided. Please inquire at least 48 hours in advance.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 2 dishwashing capsules, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for Garbage Collection on every day of the week. Enclose the garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacles (bench) outside the front door.

GARAGE: There is no garage parking available. Ample parking adjacent to house, inside gated community.

DISCLAIMER: Due to the house being brand new and located in the latest construction area of the Windsor @ Westside Resort, please note there may be some construction in the surrounding areas, happening some days of the week.

Check out: 11 am.

Self check in made via electronic keylock / keypad.

Entire house is available for Guest use.
