The Space:

This comfortable house, "The Unit," is in the Lucaya Village Resort condominium. It boasts four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and high-speed Wi-Fi for your convenience. The resort's centerpiece is the extraordinary clubhouse, which features a resort-style pool perfect for families to enjoy for hours. The bedrooms include a main suite with a king bed and private bathroom, a king bed and private bathroom, another with two full beds and a shared bathroom, and a fourth with two twin beds and a shared bathroom. Moreover, there is an entire laundry area inside the property. The townhouse's location is also ideal as it is only 5 minutes away from Walmart, 17 minutes away from Disney, 14 minutes away from Premium Outlets, and 23 minutes away from Universal.

BOOKING YOUR STAY:

You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.





BEFORE CHECKING IN:

Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.



AMENITIES:

* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available upon request.

* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).

* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.

* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.

* Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE:

We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Pets are not allowed

- Smoking is not allowed indoors

- The resort charges a $10 fee for deliveries

- USPS does not ship to this address and we are not responsible for unattended packages
