Feel more than welcome in our premier executive and spacious villa, located in the beautiful and gated intimate community of Grand Reserve in the Championsgate area which has only 110 Executive homes.
This small development is built around Lake Thomas, the surrounding wetland, and conservation areas. It offers so much peace and serenity. It is a wonderful place to relax and unwind after an exciting day at Disney, one of the other parts or at one of the beaches on the West or the East coast.
The community is gated for the safety of all and well maintained by our management company.
At the patio you will find the very large pool with a luxury separate spa for up to ten people. Overlook the beautiful garden and the conservation area from the lanai or from the spa and the pool. Heating the spa or the pool and the spa are optional for a fee. Please ask the owner for the fee which is variable by the season.
Play golf at one of the many championship courses, all conveniently located nearby. Or go fishing at the lake or in deep sea. More excitement? Take a private airboat ride close to our home and see the real Florida: view the alligators all around and watch the beautiful birds in their natural habitat.
Our executive villa offers a very spacious accommodation with a maximum of comfort for up to ten people. It has two living rooms and is ideal for one or two families and grandparents. There is much privacy as our home is surrounded by fences and a conservation area. Meet the birds in our backyard daily. You can even feed them so close: they eat from your hand.
All rooms are at the ground floor, handicapped accessible. The very luxury Master Bedroom has a king-size bed and a spacious en-suite private bathroom with bathtub and a separate rainfall shower.
The room is equipped with a television and a DVD player.
The second Master Suite is separated from the main living area with a corridor to give additional privacy. It is also equipped with a television and a DVD player and has exclusive use of the pool bathroom.
The pool bathroom is complete with walk-in shower and also has private access to the patio and pool area.
The third bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed and is located between the master bedroom and the living room. It also has a TV and a DVD player.
The two other bedrooms are twin rooms. with a shared full bathroom, conveniently located between the two rooms. This is an ideal situation if you visit us with kids. Both rooms are equipped with a television and one has also a DVD player.
The large full Kitchen is well equipped with plenty of work space, a central island and breakfast bar. You will find a large double door fridge with an automated ice-maker, a dishwasher, a microwave and a large oven with stove top.
The separate full-sized and fully equipped Laundry Room with a large fabric safe drum washer and dryer is very comfortable.
The Breakfast Nook overlooks the pool and the lanai, and there is also a desk with a free multi-line telephone and free high speed internet connection.
Beyond this is the comfortable, bright and airy Family Room which is fully-equipped with free cable TV and Apple TV and internet TV with Worldwide channels. You will find a very large 50'' flat screen. There is a selection of DVD 's and CD 's for your entertainment. More DVD 's can be rented at the nearby Publix supermarket.
The large sliding patio doors give direct access to the pool area and lanai from this room.
In the second living room you will find a comfortable sitting area with a Yamaha piano. Please feel free to use this piano and for more privacy during your play there is also a headset available.
From both living rooms enjoy the views across the pool to the conservation area beyond and also has patio doors allowing direct access to the dining area on the lanai. This room, and the dining Room, which overlooks the conservation land to the front of our home, are both exquisitely and elegantly furnished.
As the conservation area is at the backyard of our property, our South-facing spectacular large Pool with a premier and separate optional heated spa for up to eight people are afforded complete privacy. You can enjoy the far reaching spectacular views over the nature preserve whilst relaxing on one of the luxury cushioned poolside loungers in the fabulous Floridian sunshine.
The lake and wetland area are home to a wide variety of birds and mammals. Sand Cranes and Egrets, enjoy the habitat, bright red Cardinals are frequent visitors. And red headed woodpeckers can be seen on The Live Oak draped with Spanish moss on the edge of the property. It is a bird watcher's paradise and a favorite for painters and writers who enjoy the tranquility but also want the convenience of nearby amenities.
The garden, the pool and the lanai lighting allow you to enjoy to have diner at the poolside, where you will also experience spectacular sunsets. At dusk the conservation area comes alive with a cacophony of sound from the creatures of the night, but within the screened area you will be bug-free. The hypnotic sound of the cicadas and the throaty melody of the bullfrogs fills the redolent evening air whilst you relax and enjoy the unique Floridian ambiance with a glass of wine or cold beer and contemplate nothing more taxing than tomorrow’s adventures. Or just relax while sitting in the spa.
Enjoy all the free channel Cable TV in all rooms. Also you can use free high speed wireless internet in all rooms and at the patio at the poolside.
There is also wired internet access available from both the wall outlets behind the monitor on the desk. Or feel free to use the computer and the printer, already hooked up to the internet.
The home is equipped with a multi-line telephone in each room. Enjoy free world wide long distance calls from every phone!
For the safety of all and the protection of the property an alarm device is installed.
For the comfort of all our guests this is a non-smoking home. Smoking is only permitted outside the home at the patio and the lanai.
Regrettably pets are not permitted.
