➤ Just a quick heads-up: this is a gated resort community, so the primary guest booking the reservation must be at least 21 years old and all guests ages 16+ must be registered for gate access before arrival. I’ll need the full names of all guests 16+ and vehicle details ahead of check-in. Drivers will need to show a valid ID or Driver’s License at the gate, and non-drivers can use a State ID or Passport.

Washer/dryer, 2-car parking, and easy I4 access make this the perfect home base for up to 12 guests.

➜ Bedroom 4 features 1 queen-sized bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Just a heads-up: The owner’s closet by the front door is off-limits to guests, but other than that, you’ll have access to the entire home plus one amenity key card for the community facilities.



➤ Free driveway parking is available for up to 2 vehicles total.

The neighborhood is surrounded by grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, golf courses, and family-friendly activities, making it easy to enjoy both short and extended stays. Whether you're planning park days or pool days, everything you need is just minutes away.



With easy highway access nearby, exploring Orlando and the surrounding attractions is simple and convenient. The area is popular among vacationers thanks to its mix of resort amenities, quiet surroundings, and excellent location close to major destinations.



Getting Around:

➜ Easy access to I-4 for convenient travel across Orlando and nearby attractions.



➜ Uber and Lyft are widely available throughout the area.



➜ Approx. 15 minutes to Disney parks by car.



➜ Approx. 15 minutes to Universal Orlando Resort by car.

Other Things to Note:

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, i cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 63°F to 77°F. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, i cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

➤ Guest & Visitor Check-In Guidelines

- All guests 16 and older must be registered in Gate Access for the specific property and dates they are visiting.

- Drivers must check in with a valid government-issued ID or Driver’s License.

- Non-drivers must present a valid State ID or Passport.

- Upon check-in, guests will receive an orange pass for access to the community and the Oasis/Retreat Clubhouses.

- Rideshare drivers (Uber, Lyft, etc.) must also present a valid Driver’s License.
