4BR Family Villa – Gated Community Near Disney

A 4-bedroom, 3-bath home for up to 10 guests in a gated community minutes from Disney. Two king bedrooms, a full-bed room and a twin room, an open living area and full kitchen, plus a clubhouse with resort pool and fitness center. Managed by our local Orlando team, with inspections before every arrival, concierge at no extra cost, and 24/7 multilingual support for late flights or anything unexpected. Cleaning and inspection are handled by our own team before every arrival.

As this is a vacation home, we provide some complimentary starter supplies, such as two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, paper towels, dish soap, and basic toiletries. For longer stays, guests may need to purchase additional supplies.

In line with Airbnb and COVID-19 guidelines, wash towels are considered personal items, so we recommend bringing your own. We do provide fresh bath towels, hand towels, and pool towels for all guests.

Please note that no food or seasonings are provided for hygiene purposes.

A car is the practical way to reach the parks and move around Orlando. The home has free on-site parking and quick access to the main highways. Rideshare such as Uber and Lyft works well for nights out without driving.
