Welcome to 4731 CTD #301 Located in Storey Lake Resort! This third floor, spacious end unit condo has an open floor plan that blends the kitchen, dining room and living room together seamlessly. Using modern furnishings, we have designed this condo to ensure our guests have everything they need to enjoy their stay. Whether it's relaxing on your patio with a cup of coffee or enjoying a home cooked meal in the fully stocked kitchen, this home was made for your vacationing needs. With a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a Nemo and Friends themed bedroom, there is something sure to please everyone.

Though you may never want to leave the home, another perk you receive with your vacation is full access to Storey Lake Resorts Hideaway Club. The Hideaway Club offers our guests, free of charge, access to its large pool, spa, two water slides, lazy river, children's splash pad, basketball courts, volleyball courts, and a fitness center with machines and free weights.

One of the best reasons to choose our home? Location, Location, Location! Those who are coming to the area to visit Walt Disney World, Storey Lake is just a five minute straight shot down Osceola Parkway to Walt Disney World Property. No traffic, no tolls, and no I-4!

Why Choose Us?

- Our property managers have been in the vacation rental industry for a combined 25 plus years. We understand the wants and needs of our guests and are driven to provide all our guests with a memorable experience. Your overall satisfaction is our top priority.

- We live in Storey Lake Resort! Being on site allows us to respond within minutes of you messaging us. Even though we do all in our power to ensure you have a trouble-free stay, things do happen. If something does go wrong, we can correct it quickly. We find the solution and get it remedied as soon as possible.

- Each property is inspected two separate times. When the clean is completed, our cleaning vendor owners inspect their team's work. Then our property managers inspect and stage the property personally. We do not outsource this important step to vendors or staff.

- When you arrive, you will find a Committed to Clean Sheet in the kitchen dated and signed by our cleaning vendor inspector. We treat each home prior to your arrival with a sanitizing spray that kills 99.9% of all viruses including COVID-19. We are committed to providing every guest with a professionally cleaned and sanitized home.

- All our towels and linens are washed in our private laundry facility. We do not outsource this crucial part of your stay. We use industry leading Ecolab products to wash and sanitize all towels and linens. We also change all duvet covers in between each stay.

- Your safety and privacy are important to us. All our properties use smart locks that only allow access to you during your reservation time. For anyone to access the property during your reservation it must be approved by you, the guest. All our homes also have Ring doorbell cameras near the front door of the home. There are no other cameras on property.

- Unlike most hosts or management companies, we don't ask you to “Clean” when you depart. No stripping beds, no starting laundry, no doing dishes, and no emptying refrigerators and freezers! We handle all of this for you. All we ask is that you place your trash out for the valet to pick-up, turn off all lights and TV's and lock the patio and front doors. That's it, simple and easy. Remember, even though you are departing you are still on vacation.

Storey Lake Resort
Storey Lake Resort is a gated vacation rental community with over 1,200 units. All the units in the resort are vacation rentals and are all individually owned and operated. The resort amenities are managed by the communities HOA and have no other affiliations with the owners of the units.

Storey Lake Resort has a 10 pm quiet time and we ask our guests to adhere to this policy. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Noncompliance of this policy could lead to immediate termination of rental agreement with no refund provided.
Storey Lake Resort does not allow boats, RVs, or trailers to be parked or stored on the resort property at any time. If they find guests to have a boat, RV, or trailer, they will tow it at the cost of the owner.

NOTE: The Hideaway Club only admits guests staying at Storey Lake resort. However, currently it is the resorts only amenity center and services over 1,000 vacation rental units. This means it can get very busy and crowded at times. Parking is also at a minimum, so we recommend using the free golf cart shuttles or walking to The Hideaway Club when possible.

General Property Information

- This property has a Maximum Occupancy of 6 guests. This includes infants. We will decline any reservations showing more than the maximum number of guests with infants counting towards the number. Insurance in Florida is difficult to find and keep, so at no time can the number of people at the property exceed this maximum number provided.

- Must be 25 years of age to rent this property. Please do not inquire if you are not at least 25 at the time of booking. Our insurance company mandates that the main guest on the reservation be at least 25 years of age or older. We will decline/cancel any reservation that does not meet this criterion.
- This unit is a Non-Smoking unit. We allow smoking in the outside areas, such as the back patios, but guest is required to use a proper ashtray and not bowls, cups, or any other utensil from the property's kitchen. Anyone found to have smoked or vaped in the unit or leaves cigarette butts or ashes on outside areas will be charged a $250 fee.

Early Check-In – When available, we offer a 2 pm early check-in free of charge. Please check with us 48 hours prior to your arrival date to see if Early Check-In is available. We cannot guarantee early check-in until this time.

Late Check-Out – When available we offer a 1 pm late check-out free of charge. Please check with us 48 hours prior to your departure date to see if Late Check-out is available. We cannot guarantee late check-out until this time.

NOTE: Our units stay very busy, early check-ins and late check-outs are not normally available. We ask that you please plan accordingly. If you need to arrive early or depart late you may want to book an extra night to ensure you have access to the property for the time you require. We offer a discounted rate if you need to add a night. Please inquire with us for details if you are interested.

The Best Place to stay in Orlando

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. Great location within a gated community. Everything was very close to the apartment. Hernan was amazing very quick when answering all of my questions pertaining to the club house of which you have access to all the amenities. My family truly enjoyed the stay and we are definitely looking forward to coming back.

Unit 301 4731 Clock Tower Drive

Lovely property. Very clean, except the coffee pot which was not a big deal. Beds very comfy. Lots of room for the three of us. Spacious bathrooms. Especially liked the proximity to the pool across the road. Easy check in process and communication with the host was excellent. Good location to Disney and shopping. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Overall, this place is just like the listing advertised. Clean, ample room, great location as is close to everything. Only issue was that the elevator was not working for the full stay ( 1 month) and it was a major inconvenience, specially when it was the 1st thing mentioned at booking time due some mobility issues. I do understand it was an out of control situation, but still it greatly diminished the stay as I wasn't able to move freely in and out as needed. The host was very kind to offer help getting things up, but it was an uncomfortable situation.

Definitely recommend!

Online listing accurate to our experience. We would stay here again if in the area. The unit itself was wonderful. Clean, lots of light, spacious. We really liked how one bedroom was separated from the others. Quiet end unit--we hardly saw anyone else in the hallway and never heard noise from other units. Lovely deck. Well-equipped kitchen and thank you for having salt/pepper/olive oil packet for our convenience. Owner communicated everything that we needed to know in advance. We used The Hideaway Club and enjoyed it--know in advance that you can't take in your own food and drinks. You may find that the road noise in the largest bedroom is noticeable although it didn't keep us from falling asleep or staying asleep (a white noise machine app on a phone would easily address this if an issue for you). We didn't rent a car and relied upon the golf cart transportation while on property and Ubers for coming and going to DisneyWorld. Ubers coming in at times experienced delay due to the gate, but we appreciated this from a security perspective. It wasn't a problem but I'd recommend allowing a few extra minutes for a driver to get to the unit that you think it might take especially if coming in the late afternoon. Easy 15-20 minute drive to everywhere that we needed to go.

Clean wonderful condo close to Disney!

Our family was very impressed with the attentiveness of the host to our requests and how well maintained the entire condo was! A short 12-15 min drive gets you to all the Walt Disney World resorts and it’s close to other attractions like Universal (about 25 min drive). Clean, and great memory foam beds, we can’t complain! One little thing I noticed was the fridge water filter was overdue to be replaced. But other than that all 5 stars!

Convenient stay in nice property

We have traveled to Orlando many times and stayed in different properties. This was our first time staying in Storey Lake. The property location was convenient to Publix and Disney. There was very little traffic. We had plenty of space to spread out our family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Thanks for a great stay!

The whole was clean and pretty. The house was fursnished with everything we needed. We loved it. The area is good and quiet. We tried to keep the whole place as clean as we could everyday. We hope were good guest too. Would definitely come back again.

Modern and spacious

We enjoyed our stay but we felt it wasn’t our best choice for a long term stay. Not enough flatware and cooking utensils. It wasn’t evident from the listing that there was a noisy highway right behind the building (and primary bedroom). No screens so we couldn’t have the windows open during nice weather. I did enjoy reading outside on the balcony but furniture out there could be more comfortable. Perfect location for enjoying the attractions if you are just coming back and forth.

Beautiful condo and resort

The condo is exactly as pictured. Beautiful kitchen with high end appliances. Very clean. The beds were super comfortable and the curtains blocked out morning light perfectly. This is a fairly new resort so there is still some construction going on but it did not bother us. The pool area is very, very nice with a big lazy river and a good size hot tub. Neither the resort nor our condo provided pool towels which I found out in advance. We went to the Super Walmart that is super close ( as is a Publix) and bought a 2 pack of pool towels that were not too bulky for bringing home in the luggage. The pool area rules state that no outside food or drink is allowed. You can buy food and drinks there. We ate both in room and at the pool. We definitely recommend this condo and resort!
