Terra Verde Resort is an incredible award winning 24 hour manned and gated resort built around a 3 acre stocked fishing lake.

Amongst the tropical palm trees, and quiet lake setting Terra Verde Resort has a state of the art club house that includes facilities such as a business center, dry sauna, fitness center, arcade room, ATM, basketball courts, mini golf, a large seasonally heated pool overlooking the lake to name but a few.

With all the ammenities and facilities that the resort has to offer you still find the tranquility and privacy in your very own private pool home.

This beautifully appointed townhome in the heart of Terra Verde has its own swimming pool, a full kitchen and washing facilities 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Walt Disney World is less than 15 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.

Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool. This can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $27.50 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.

Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home.

This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.
