Mid-Term Guest Policy:

For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed prior to check-in:

📌 Background Check: Required for each person staying, at a cost of $50 per person.
📌 Signed Lease Agreement: Must be completed and on file for all guests.
📌 Host Approval: Guests must pass the background and credit check requirements set by the host.

These measures are mandatory and ensure a secure and seamless experience for all parties
NO PARTIES, FAMILY GATHERINGS OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. Only the guests registered on the booking are allowed at the home.

NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY INCLUDING THE POOL DECK.

ALL GARBAGE MUST BE PLACED IN PROPERLY SEALED BAGS AND DISPOSED OF IN THE CONTAINER IN FRONT OF THE GARAGE. NO LOOSE ITEMS, METAL, OR OTHER TOXIC MATERIALS. IF TRASH IS LEFT LOOSE OR OUTSIDE THE CONTAINER AND IT REQUIRES EXTRA CLEANUP, A $200 TRASH HANDLING FEE WILL BE CHARGED.

Guest must provide copy of drivers license/government ID after booking.


Supplies Provided:
All of our homes are self-catering. We provide an initial starter pack free of charge that includes 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 soap per bathroom, 1 kitchen paper roll, 2 dishwasher tabs, 1 kitchen sponge, 1 bin bag per bin and 1 laundry tab. All provisions beyond this are the guest’s responsibility. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper or toiletries.
