Townhouse 7 miles from disney located in the gated Regal Palms Resort which offers 3 heated pools, water slide, lazy river, hot tub, arcade,gym, spa, restaurant and bar and much more!! The home comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a starter of toiletries. Ideal for a weekend or a long stay. Its your home away from home. If you have any questions or needs please let us know in advance and we can try to accommodate. Guests have full use of the townhouse. All amenities( pools, lazy river, water slides, spa, game room and restaurant) are included in the $20.00 a day( per unit NOT per person) resort fee which is paid directly to the resort at check in the day of arrival. You will provided with wristbands for all guests to have access to all the amenities as well as parking passes for your vehicles. Parking is directly in front of the unit.

GARBAGE
All garbage including recycle must be placed in 13gallon kitchen bags. Nothing smaller. No grocery bags no paper bags ONLY 13 gallon kitchen bags. There will be 2 provided by the cleaning company and if your stay is longer then be sure to purchase more. The complex charges FINES which will passed on to the guest for any garbage not places inside 13 gallon kitchen bags before placing in blue bins on the back patio.

NO SMOKING on or anywhere near openings leading into the property. There will be a $250 fine to any guest who leaves a smoke scent inside the unit so please be sure to smoke outside all with doors leading into the unit closed.

NO PETS. There will be a $250 fine for any guests bringing a pet during their stay at the unit.

We find many guests can’t figure how to turn on the master shower so hence this note. The faucet has a pull down spout and that is what turns the shower on. When the shower is turned off then the spout snaps back in. Also we ask that you only have patio chairs cushions out when you are using them
