Upstairs on the second floor, you'll find a second en-suite bedroom, two additional bedrooms, and another bathroom. A washer and dryer are also included for your convenience.



Guest Access:

Your gate code provides access to the resort community, and your personal door code allows secure entry into the house itself.

Ideally situated for your Central Florida adventures, this beautiful house is located just 10 minutes from the magic of Walt Disney World Resorts. Plus, you can easily grab your morning pick-me-up at nearby coffee shops, including a brand-new Starbucks that just opened in the area, ensuring you're fueled for a day of fun!



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is incredibly tranquil, situated in a resort-style setting of townhouses. Parking spaces are conveniently located right in front of the property, offering enhanced comfort and security. Additionally, the clubhouse is just a stone's throw away, less than a block from the property.

- Guests are required to sign the short-term agreement, provide a valid identification and a credit card for the security deposit for this property.



- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
