You’ll be just minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and everyday essentials, including Target, Walmart, Publix, and a wide variety of dining options along US-192.
In addition to the Disney parks, you’re also a short drive to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and other major Orlando attractions.
Within the community, guests have access to a clubhouse, water park with slides, resort-style pool, fitness center, sports courts, and more—all within walking distance.

The open-concept living and dining area offers plenty of seating for everyone, along with a 65” mounted TV—perfect for relaxing after a long day at the parks.
The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, cookware, dishware, and everything you need for home-cooked meals. A coffee station with complimentary K-cups is also included.
Step outside to your private pool and spa, with ample lounge seating for relaxing or enjoying time together. Pool toys are provided for added fun.
The highlight of the home is the X-Men themed game room, featuring multiple arcade machines, a driving simulator, air hockey table, dual basketball shooting game, and a Wii console connected to a 65” TV with preloaded games.
Guests also enjoy access to Windsor Hills Resort amenities, including a water park with slides, resort pool, gym, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball court, putting green, movie room, arcade, and beach volleyball—all just a short walk away.

• Optional Pool & Spa Heating: $30 per night. For those traveling in the summer, you may find this unnecessary. But if it's colder, we can have this ready upon your arrival! Please coordinate with us if you'd like us to turn on the heat for your stay!
• There is a flat fee of $100 per stay for dogs, maximum of 2 dogs allowed
• Windsor Hills amenities - All guests will need to visit the welcome center for a wrist band to enjoy the community amenities.
• We are limited to 3 cars MAX for our home by the community
• At no additional cost a high chair and Graco Pack 'N Play are available to use. Please notify me before arrival if you'd like to use any of these, and we can arrange to take out of storage.
