Located in the upscale Reunion Resort community of Center Court Ridge, this third-floor, corner unit with stunning Golf views has three beds and three bathrooms, this condo is in a great location. The centrally-located community is made up of a playground, volleyball court, and superior tennis facility equipped with 6 lighted hydro-grid courts and a pro shop.

It is also just a short walk away from, the Water Park, Seven Eagles pool, and “The Cove” bar and grille. Also, close by are the Reunion Grande hotel and clubhouse with their selection of restaurants, bars, and 11th-floor pool!

This condominium is light and spacious. The living room and dining area have been furnished to an extremely high standard. There is a large cable 60" LED TV located in the living area and a state-of-the-art surround sound. Being a corner unit there is the benefit of the extra light from the additional windows. There is also a fully functional kitchen which is very well equipped with the latest stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The separate dining area has a beautiful dining table with seating for 6. Guests staying in this condo will enjoy luxury and comfort as no expense has been spared. Large sliding patio doors lead out to your own terrace balcony. Enjoy breakfast or evening drinks with high-end patio furniture that has seating for 6.

The master en-suite bedroom has a luxury king bed with a large 50" LED TV with a DVD player, a large walk-in closet, an electronic safe, and a large en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, bathtub, and a large walk-in separate shower. You will also have private access to the patio via the master suite. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a pillow-top mattress with cable LED TV. There is a large closet and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 luxury full beds, with cable LED TV complete. There is a large closet and an adjoining family bathroom.

The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.

Disgusting experience

Unfriendly: property management, Check-in process. Misleading amenity access information. Dirty sheets, no toilet paper, supplies. Poor response to issues. Could not care attitude to issues.
