Great location for disney, lovely complex and surrounding area as well as a great bar. Only issue was checking in, had the security guard saying we weren't down as having anything to get in to appartment as the owners sisters name was down and not us even though we told security guard which number our apartment was, sent us away to sleep in our car, which was a nightmare at 2am in morning with 2 kids and been travelling for 18 hours!! Had to go back to him an hour later and demand to see which information he had and tell him obviously wrong name logged and the accomodation on one of the slips was ours. Not ideal when you are tired, security guard apologised after but he should have been more forthcoming and helpful than sleep in car park until morning to speak to someone and I had to put 2 and 2 together and work out hosts phone number from the wrong one stated from vrbo. Anyway we had a great time after that, just didn't start as we would have liked. I'm sure the security team will have learnt from this for future guests so would go back 100%
