Bedrooms:
Comfortable, Themed Bedrooms: Our 6-bedroom home features thoughtful touches that will make you feel right at home. Three elegant adult bedrooms feature stylish King beds with natural light pouring in through the windows. The kids will love the three adorable Disney-themed rooms: Mickey Mouse, Star Wars, and Princess Elsa—ideal for creating magical memories.

King bedrooms: This house has 3 bedrooms with King beds, two of them with en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom with king bed is located downstairs for guests who do not want to climb stairs.

The 4th bedroom: 2 double sized beds with beautiful Disney Frozen themed decorations.

The 5the bedroom: a bunk bed with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, Disney Star War design makes it very cool for your kids.

The 6th bedroom: one bunk bed with 2 single sized beds, and one separate twin size bed. It is carefully designed with Disney Mickey Mouse theme for your kids to have fun time together.

Spacious Living Room:
Step into a bright and airy living room, tastefully decorated with modern touches. The soft, comfortable sofa makes it the perfect spot to relax after a fun day at the parks or exploring the area.

Fully Equipped Kitchen & Dining:
Whether you`re whipping up a quick snack or preparing a full meal, the large kitchen has everything you need. With generous counter space, a large island with seating for four, and a dining table for six under a beautiful chandelier, it’s an ideal space for family meals and gatherings.

Ample Parking:
No need to worry about parking! You’ll have space for at least 4 cars—2 cars can park in the driveway, and there is plenty of additional parking within the resort, so feel free to bring multiple vehicles.

A private propane BBQ grill is provided on the patio for family use. Please operate the grill responsibly and follow all posted safety instructions for your safety and the safety of others. A one-time BBQ grill use fee of $70 will be charged for the entire stay to cover rental, propane refill, and cleaning. For stays of 14 nights or more, guests must purchase their own propane if the initial tank runs out.

You are allowed to access all places in the house except a locked closets. During your stay, you will also have free unlimited access to Story Lake Resort fabulous amenities, the best among all resorts

The Story Lake Resort management does not allow the guests to bring the following vehicles:

* Trailers
* RVs
* Buses
* Limos
* Boats
* Tow truck
* Box-trucks
* Food trucks
* Bounce houses
* Car carriers
* Modified mini-buses
* Semi-trucks
* Golf cart rentals.

We will be available for any questions and help via Airbnb message or phone call.

This is a self-catering property. Once any initial supplies have been used you will need to provide for yourself such items as trash bags, soaps, detergents, shampoo, paper products, etc. if you need more.

We provide cooking basics (pots, pans, salt, and pepper) but not cooking oil.

Optional pool heat is available for $45/day for the entire period or the remaining period of stay because it takes time, usually, one day to get the water warm enough for you to enjoy. We provide complimentary service to turn on the pool heater prior to your arrival without trip charge provided you pay a heating fee for entire stay at least 3 days before check-in. Once our technician has made the trip, the heating fee is non-refundable. You may also pay a heating fee anytime during your stay and request a heater turn-on service for a $50 fee if a technician is available. If guests use the pool heating option, payment should be sent through Airbnb resolution center.

In some circumstances, we would not recommend pool/spa heating. Pool or spa heat in the summer may break down the chemicals in water quickly and algae will grow that turns water green. Under the extremely cold weather in winter, heater raises water temperature very slowly, especially this heat pump heater may not work when the ambient temperature is below 55 F. Please check the weather forecast before you decide to order pool heating.

It is well-known that there are many types of insects around houses in Florida, especially in natural areas. We have hired a pest control company to treat inside and outside of the property regularly to exterminate the insects. However, you may still see insects occasionally which were brought into the house after the treatment through the open doors and the previous guest`s shopping bags or luggage. Please clean food crumbs and garbage from the house daily in order to not attract insects into the house. Please also keep doors closed at all time to prevent rodents and pests from coming into the house since this is a new construction area completed recently.

OUR ASKS:

- Please no outdoor shoes in the house.
- Please no food or drinks in any bedrooms or upstairs.
- Please turn off all lights and lock all windows and doors whenever you leave.
- Please keep all windows and doors (including the patio door) closed when the air conditioning is on.
- Please bring the outdoor cushions from the outside to the inside to keep them dry and clean.

🏠 Guest Rules and Terms of Stay

We are committed to providing every guest with a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, due to past violations that caused property damage and impacted future guests, we must emphasize the following rules.

Violators may be held financially responsible for damages, extra cleaning, fines, or other penalties.

🚫 House Rules & Conduct

- No parties or loud noise. Please respect the quiet enjoyment of the neighborhood.

- No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes anywhere on the property. A cleaning fee of up to $800 will be charged for odor removal.

- No pets or animal hair are allowed under any circumstances due to severe allergies. Unauthorized pets will result in a $100 charge per pet, per night.

- No illegal activity or drug use. Violations will be reported to local authorities.

- Do not exceed the number of guests listed in your reservation. Unauthorized guests may result in penalties and reservation cancellation.


🧹 Cleanliness & Housekeeping

- Do not stain linens, towels, or other fabrics. Stained items will incur an additional cleaning fee or, if necessary, replacement and restocking charges.

- Please thoroughly clean the kitchen after preparing greasy or heavy meals. The standard cleaning fee does not cover deep cleaning.

- Dispose of all garbage in sealed bags, and place them in designated outdoor bins, chutes, or dumpsters. Loose trash may not be collected in certain resort areas.

- Only soft food waste is permitted in the kitchen sink disposal.

- Toilets are for toilet paper and human waste only. All other items may cause plumbing issues. Guests may opt to use our paid plumbing service in the event of a clog.


💥 Damage, Late Checkout & Lost Items

- Please report any household damages before checkout so replacements can be made for future guests.

- A $60 late checkout fee will apply for checkouts delayed more than 10 minutes, up to one hour. Late departures delay housekeeping schedules.

- Don’t forget personal belongings. If an item must be mailed, a $50 trip fee plus postage will be charged.

🛠 Equipment Use & Repair Policy

We regularly service and maintain all major equipment (e.g., Air Conditioner, Pool, Spa) and confirm functionality prior to check-in. However, during your stay:

- Mechanical or electrical issues may occur, particularly in extreme weather conditions.

- If so, we will coordinate repairs as quickly as possible.

- Guests waive any claim for refunds or compensation due to equipment malfunctions.


📆 Reservation Changes & Rescheduling Fees

If you need to change your reservation, the following rescheduling fees apply depending on how close the change is to your original check-in date:

- 60% of total cost – Within 28 days

- 70% – Within 21 days

- 80% – Within 14 days

- 90% – Within 7 days

- 100% – On or after the check-in date

Shortened stays are treated as partial cancellations and are subject to the cancellation terms based on your original reservation.
