We kindly ask guests with service animals to answer the following ADA-permitted questions:

We fully support the rights of individuals with disabilities and welcome service animals. There are no additional charges or increased security deposits for service animals; however, guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their service animal.

Per the ADA:
"Service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents their use.

In such cases, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective means. The service animal must be under control by the handler at all times and may never be left alone."

Misrepresentation of a Pet as a Service Animal
Honesty regarding service animals is greatly appreciated. If a pet is misrepresented as a service animal, Airbnb’s policy allows for appropriate action, which may include:
✔️ Seeking compensation for any damages.
✔️ Reporting the misrepresentation to the proper authorities.
✔️ Requiring the guest(s) to vacate the property.
In such cases, refunds for unused rental time may not be provided.
