Package Delivery
We recommend using DHL, FedEx, or Amazon. USPS often does not recognize vacation rental addresses and may return packages.
Reporting Issues
To ensure your stay is perfect, please report any issues or inconsistencies in the unit within 4 hours of arrival (cleaning concerns, defects, or malfunctions) so we can resolve them promptly.
