Spacious, quaint and feels like home. Enjoy sitting on the porch in your own private corner of the community facing bushes and trees. Uniquely decorated and all photos were taken by owner. New Laminate plank flooring was added in 2020 to the Living/dining and hallway and upscale carpeting added to the bedrooms.

Beautiful 2 bed/2 bath condo at popular Runaway Beach Club; over 1150 sq. feet. This condo has a private, first floor location with beautiful surrounding grounds. No stairs to climb. After a busy day at Disney, why stay in a hotel room when you can stay in a relaxing, spacious condo with private location at a great price only 2-3 miles from the parks.

The complex has 2 pools, hot tub, picnic tables/grills by lagoon, clubhouse with weight room , gated. Only a few miles from Disney parks. Runaway Beach recently partnered with Calypso Kay across the street so guests have access to many great additional amenities including 3 more pools, mini golf, tiki bar, grill and grilled food, starbucks, small shop and shuttle on weekends.

Condo features include washer/dryer, granite countertops and all the amenities to enjoy your vacation.

Please note: there is a road that runs on the other side of the bushes and provides a little road noise. This does not bother most guests or myself when I stay, but still worth mentioning if you are a very light sleeper. A very quiet and respectful board member owns the condo upstairs and he does not rent it out, so upstairs noise is very rarely an issue.

Nice enhancements: Two nice new ceiling fans, flat Screen TV for master bedroom, flat screen/smart TV in living room, valences in the living room, room darkening curtains for the bedrooms, throw rugs in kitchen, entrance and baths, new shower curtains and mirrors in hall and living area.

I use a highly reputable management company in the Disney area to help me maintain, clean and rent out the unit. I do not use the onsite management company.

The condo will be fully cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival.

As a standard, (6) sets of clean towels should be provided; if you think you may require more, you may want to bring extras with you or let me or the management company know. Sheets are also provided but if you will be using the sofa bed, you may want to bring an extra set with you.

If guests experience any problems with wifi please let me know. Paul over in the clubhouse can also assist during regular business hours with community issues. Wifi was recently upgraded .

Walmart is very close if you need anything.

Please ask about Great fall discounts (Sept. to Nov.). Added Discounts for stays of 1 week and 1 month are automatically built in so feel free to use instant booking. Ask about 2 or 3 week discounts as I may be able to do better.
