The room was disgusting and not at all what is pictured on the listing. It was dated, the sinks/showers smelled like mold and mildew, there was hair all over the floor, our sink in the master did not work and we had to call maintenance, and the towels had small black hairs and smelled awful. The carpet was disgusting (but should have been hard tile anyway). After reaching out to the host there was no resolution or any more communication. We had to call the front desk each night after quiet hour started because people were blasting music and playing basketball right outside our window screaming. This was a waste of my money and I will never book through this host or property in general again. We reserved an updated model and did not get one. We did not get what we paid for and it was disgusting.
