Start your tours directly in the mountains around Fannrem and explore the varied landscape of Orkland. Hike along marked routes towards Knyken, where you can enjoy sweeping views over the Orkladalen valley. Go on a more challenging mountain tour in the Trollheimen, for example to the summit of Snota or along the well-signposted DNT trails. In winter, you can use the ski jumping and cross-country skiing centre in Knyken with groomed trails and training facilities. You can also head to the nearby Oppdal Ski Centre, which offers a wide range of winter sports options with alpine slopes, a snow park and extensive cross-country ski trails.
