It feels slightly strange rating our stay 2 stars because the property itself is great. Nice pool, lots of toys/games provided, plenty of cooking supplies etc etc. The property was very clean and the check-in process was easy.Our only issue is that around halfway through our stay we noticed the grate covering the pool filter was quite sharp. Not a massive issue, we just had to be careful about stepping on it. We notified the pool maintenance man when he arrived to clean the pool, he said he would deal with it and we thought the problem was solved. A few days after we arrived home, I was notified of an extra 60 charge on my account for a broken pool filter. When I asked the property owner why I had been charged, they did not bother to reply, so I has to seek clarification from Vrbo support. Shame to have a nice stay left on a sour note, being charged for something that wasn't our fault and then being ignored by the property owner.
