Magnificent villa in Orihuela Costa close to everything with heated pool*

This magnificent villa, perfectly located in a quiet cul-de-sac, completely renovated in early 2022, will make you spend magnificent and unforgettable holidays.

It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern open plan super equipped kitchen, a large bright living room with dining area, air conditioning (4), fans (4) and central heating in all rooms + an additional gas fireplace for the winter (November till April) in the living room, numerous covered and uncovered terraces, a solarium, an entirely private and heated swimming pool from beginning of April till end of November with shower, bar area , refrigerator and toilet.
Lounge and relaxation area next to the swimming pool.
Outdoor dining room with Barbecue.

A baby cot and a high chair are also available on site.

Private and secure parking inside the property with automatic barrier and the possibility of charging your electric car at a low price.

Shops and restaurants are located max. 10 minutes away on foot, the 12 sandy beaches of Orihuela Costa are 6 minutes away by car, the large shopping center of La Zenia Boulevard with its 180 shops and 25 restaurants 5 minutes away by car, 4 magnificent golf courses of Las Ramblas, Las Colinas, Campoamor, Villamartin are at max. 10 minutes by car. You are also next to a walking path along the 70 km long irrigation canal (cycling, rollerblading, walking, jogging ...). A park is located 2 minutes walk from the house with a petanque track.

The villa is equipped with photovoltaic panels and very autonomous to protect the environment as much as possible.

The cleaning of 150 ā‚¬ with "anti-covid" protocol is obligatory and includes the bed linen, the bath towels and beach towels to be given on your arrival to the handing-over of the keys. The beds are made upon arrival.

Purchases:

Less than ten minutes away you will find the Zenia Boulevard Oriuhela Costa shopping cente which houses 150 stores and has ample indoor and outdoor parking. Inspired by the American Open Mall, you will find fashion, sport shop (Decathlon), telephone, DIY, appliance stores, 25 restaurants, bars, a hypermarket (El Campo), bowling, casino etc...
It is open to the public from Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. without interruption (with the exception of the recreation and catering area which remain open later).

The surroundings of the villa:

This place has a lot to offer both in terms of restaurants and bars, the closest are all about a 10 minute walk from the villa at a place called La Fuente. Also Los Dolses commercial Center is 7 minutes walk.
You will also find supermarkets, bakeries, shops, ...

You are also not very far from Cabo Roig, La Zenia and Villamartin ...

Cities to visit:
Not far from the villa, you can visit many famous places: Murcia, Elche, Alicante, Orihuela, Cartagena.

The beaches :
Many sandy beaches such as Cabo Roig, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Punta Prima, La Mata ...

Water sports are obviously practicable.

The popular Mar Menor area is approximately 15 minutes away. Many local bars and restaurants offer traditional cuisine. This place is well known for its lagoon and for the temperature of its water: 19 Ā° in winter.
There are other attractions in the area: Aquapolis, Aquapark Waterworld, Go-Kart Track, Horse Riding, Painball, Sailing, Rio Safari ... so many activities you can enjoy during your stay.

A little further, about 15 minutes away, you will find other beautiful golf courses La Finca, Vistabella and Lo Romero Golf.

Great Villa, very well equipped for guests, BBQ, 8 x sun loungers, outdoor table with canopy, many seating areas and terraces, poolside bar area with toilet and fridge, shaded area poolside as well. Great property

Just come back from a ten day stay at this property. We had a brilliant stay, the villa had everything we needed and it was really modern and clean. The pool was lovely. Plenty of areas to hang out in to catch the sun or shade. We were there with family including our Grandson who is 2 and he was well catered for with cot, high chair etc. Vincent was an excellent host, very friendly and responding quickly to any emails prior to arrival and any queries while we were there, nothing seemed to much. Would definitely recommend this property, worth the money and would stay there again.

Great family villa!

We had a great stay at this villa. It was well equipped with air conditioning inclusive in the price. Lots of outdoor space and a great pool with inflatables already there. The bar area with a toilet next to the pool is very handy for young children. Overall, we had a great, relaxing week.

Beautiful Villa

I went on holiday for sunshine and cycling, it ticked the boxes. I liked the idea of meet and greet, to be shown where things are and able to ask questions. Christopher was helpful, although his English was a little limited. The location of the villa was perfect. Internally the villa was tastefully done. I loved the design of the kitchen. The pool was an added bonus and the various areas to sunbath privately was good. I loved the view from the balcony across the canal, great for for people and duck watching. All amenities within walking distance, Supermarkets, restaurants and cycle hire. I hope to return if there is availability but I suspect this villa gets booked up very quickly!

A gem of a villa!

The villa is a wonderful find, with Vincent providing everything you need. It was lovely to have plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment. We all enjoyed the pool, the heating was great and recommended for the time of year. We play golf and this is a great location for some fab courses. The VillamartĆ­n Plaza had some great restaurants, particularly Che Argentinian with Willow opposite the Plaza being a great place for breakfast. Vincent and Christopher were on hand with answers to any questions we had and I wouldnā€™t hesitate to recommend this lovely villa.

Lovely villa in a great location

Firstly the communication with the owner Vincent was 1st class. He responded promptly with any questions that we had and accommodated our requests. We were met at the property by Rebeca who was lovely, welcoming and with a great smile! She showed us round the property and gave advice on how to operate TV, shutters etc...Perfect! The property was very, very clean and just as described and shown in the pictures. The area around the villa is really quiet, and has the added bonus of watching walkers, cyclists and wildlife on the canal, right from your balcony. The villa has everything you could need for your break in the sun. 5 minutes walk to the Rioja Center (Restaurants and bars) and 10 minutes walk to La Fuenta center (more restaurants and bars, also Aldi and Mercadona. The beach areas were less than 10 minutes by car. I would highly recommend renting e-bikes as the canal on your doorstep is circa 70km long and perfect for exercise. Promptly met by Rebeca when we were checking out. I would highly recommend this villa.

Fantastic Villa!

My family and I stayed at the Villa in August 2023 and we had an amazing time. The Villa was perfect, there was everything you needed and the place was spotless. Stayed with family in June 2023. Villa was in excellent condition. Lots of sunbathing spaces across 3 levels of the villa. Loads of shops and restaurants near by, either short walk or drive. Wunderschƶner Osterurlaub mit Meerblick und Sonne

Wir hatten einen umweltfreundlichen und schƶnen Urlaub. Der Pool war von den Solarzellen auf dem Dach genug beheizt dass auch unsere 10jƤhrige Tochter fast tƤglich drin war und das Elektroauto wurden tagsĆ¼ber versorgt fĆ¼r die AusflĆ¼ge. Vollladen beim Shoppen oder Basketball spielen am La Zenia Boulevard Einkaufszentrum mƶglich. Am Kanal Inline Skaten oder joggen ist perfekt! Ausflug zum Rio Seca Naturpark ist zu empfehlen. Der Besitzer spricht flieƟend deutsch und die Kommunikation und UnterstĆ¼tzung war hervorragend und unaufdringlich. Danke Vincent und Rebeca.

Wonderful Private Villa with Views

Gorgeous House!

Such a beautiful, well equipped and spacious house. We stayed for two weeks and had the best holiday! The kitchen has everything we needed and the outside spaces were amazing for eating, relaxing and watching the ducks float by on the canal! Our son loved the pool which is bigger than it looks on the photos. Vincent was a fabulous host and gave us some great tips for local beaches to go to. We didnā€™t want to come home!!ā€™
